Premium 2 BR Villa with Panoramic Lagoon View - Sleeps 6 - Winter Promo

Sea Pines Plantation is the first and largest of Hilton Head's vacation communities. Sea Pines is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include championship golf and tennis facilities, miles of walking / bike paths, historical sites, a 600 acre forest preserve, an equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.

Lake Forest is a secluded community located near the front gate convenient to the Plantation's many amenities while providing easy access to the rest of the island. It is adjacent to the forest preserve which features two scenic lagoons and an ancient Indian shell ring - remnant of a native American village that existed 4,000 years ago. Lake Forest is nestled among the live oaks and wildlife for your peaceful enjoyment.

Lake Forest is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature golf course, lighthouse, water front restaurants, shops and live entertainment.

Our villa is a ten minute walk, via a paved path through the forest preserve, to Sea Pines' public beach and the popular Beach Club where you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets.

Our guests have free use of Lake Forest's unsupervised community pool and tennis courts which are only a one minute walk from our front door.

Our villa is a premium 2 bedroom, 2 bath, one story unit with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate six guests. It was completely renovated in 2024. Amenities include wood laminate floors, washer/dryer, Smart TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

A large living room features a vaulted ceiling with skylights and access to a rear deck with panoramic views of a large lagoon. The living room has a 65" Smart TV for your entertainment. A new queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping options. The dining area has a table that seats four guests.

The rear deck overlooks a peaceful lagoon. It features a patio table that seats six and a propane gas grill. It's an ideal spot for watching the wildlife, enjoying morning coffee or quiet reading.

The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king size bed with a new mattress, 43" Smart TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, 43" Smart TV and a full bath with a combination tub/shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Amazing rental

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained—cleanliness was clearly a priority. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided, including beach chairs, pool accessories, bikes, and plenty of cleaning supplies. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop to our mornings and evenings. We also enjoyed taking the trolley ride to the beach—it was such a fun and convenient touch! The area was incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful, serene setting!

Family of Four Vacation

House meet all of our needs as a family of four and was very well equipped. We enjoyed the deck and view of lagoon. We loved the bikes provided and used them daily along withe beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was very close but beach trips require more planning due to the distance and parking rules at beach club. The pool was never crowded and was very well taken care of and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great views and nicely don unit.

We found this unit to be very relaxing. On signing in, we found two of the ceiling fans and micro wave not working. And the deck and outdoor table were a mess. Called management on Sunday and everything was taken care of within hours. Surprised to they could get an electrician out on a Sunday.

Beautiful getaway

We loved the villa. Only glitch was getting the tv’s to work and and a few other small problems. Water was not very hot, tv’s- 4 remotes and no instructions. We rented this place because it was supposed to hv cable. We never could get it to work. Overall the villa is beautiful! We had a great time!

Perfect Week in Sea Pines

We were pleasantly surprised to find that this villa was recently renovated and we were the first to stay in it post renovation. Since it was brand new, there were a couple of hiccups but the property managers were wonderful and quite responsive.This unit has almost anything you could possibly want from beach chairs to citronella candles. It is quite comfortable. Once we found the short cut to the beach we were thrilled. Use apple maps because Google maps takes you the long way. 3 college aged kids and 2 parents had a very relaxing week playing board games, Euchre, eating at Salty Dog and spending hours at the beach. Highly recommend this pretty lil Villa.

Sea Pines delight

It was a great property for being in Sea Pines but not so great if you plan on spending lots of time at the ocean! Super close to pool and tennis though. Very spacious!

Great location

This property is very conveniently located for access to Sea Pines and Coligny. Owners were easy to work with and super helpful. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, which were easy to walk to. Some parts of the unit have been updated and some parts need to be updated but it was very clean and that’s the most important thing to me!

Heaven in Hilton Head

My family of 4 spent 10 days at this exceptional property. While our expectations were high, our experience exceeded our expectations. From the location, to the layout of the unit, the proximity to the pool, the excellent communication...I could go on and on. We absolutely will try to stay here again the next time we are in Sea Pines. Such an amazing stay!

Nice place to stay

Loved the neighborhood and the pool right next to the property. The lagoon was nice to relax to. Well equipped kitchen and they had many items, toys and towels for the beach. Washer and dryer were also a available. They also provided all paper products. There was a nice gated area in front of the condo where we could store our bikes and beach equipment. There is a small path in the back of Lake Forest to get to the beach. It was about 7 minutes to the beach access and 12 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club by bike. Rented Equipment carts from the South Beach bike rental to help us get our things to the beach. The condo was very spacious for our family!

Very nice week

Beautiful condo! Sleeps 6-7 with the two futons in the living room. Vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen, and beautiful view of the lagoon. Close to Harbor Town, Shelter Cove and Coligne Beach. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Condo in Sea Pines

The condo was packed with anything you will need, including washer/dryer, beach towels, cookware, etc. Things are a bit jumbled, but that could be the previous guests relocating items from where they should belong. The king bed is very comfortable. The master shower is tiny and the toilets are surprisingly low. But the location and view are outstanding.

Great stay!

Beautiful location with the pool and tennis in the complex. Incredible vegetation and lovely bike trails all over the island. Nicely decorated house with a very functional layout. To make the place even better I would add curtains in the master bedroom. It's very bright in the morning. Also, the beach access is a ten minute bike ride, not a 10 minute walk.

Great week here at Lake Forest property! Highlights include the updated Kitchen & abundance of stocked supplies, towels & paper products. Nice lagoon view & quiet end unit. Master bathroom shower pretty small but not a problem. Really nice place!!
