Life's a Hoot-Cabaña-Vista al Lago-Baño Privado

This cabin has one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor. Second floor has another bedroom and a loft area with queen-size bed.

Waterfront A-frame with private natural shoreline access on Saginaw Bay on Lake Huron. The shoreline is not a groomed sandy swimming beach, and conditions vary seasonally and with weather. Any beach or beachfront label refers to waterfront access. No lifeguard is provided.

Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an $80 pet fee per pet, per reservation. Dogs over 50 lbs, aggressive or poorly behaved dogs, and restricted breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and similar breeds are not allowed. Pets must be leashed outside, may not be left unattended in the cabin, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must clean up after pets and are responsible for pet-related damage. Pets must be licensed and current on vaccinations. Contact us before booking with questions or special requests.

Jeff was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at Lifes A Hoot. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and cute place. Thought this was on a beach and picture looked a bit deceiving. Also thought that there were truly 2 bedrooms but there are 2 beds separated by a door. So, not a lot of privacy but still enjoyed our visit.

The property was exactly as described. The view of the bay was beautiful. If you go in the summer and hope to swim, you’ll have to drive to a sandy beach. This is on a marshy stretch. We didn’t mind this at all as it was spring and we just wanted the view. The cabin delivered. The owner wad responsive and kind.

Great Girls Weekend

This place was perfect for my two sisters, my mom and me!! Great spot on the lake, close to shopping in Tawas City and the Saganing casino! Big enough for all of us to have our own space and to come together for our crafts, puzzles and meals!! Would stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Lifes-A-Hoot. Such a cute place to stay. Beautiful views with lots of wildlife to be seen. A deer even walked up on us while we were watching the sunrise. The beds were very comfy. Anything we needed was there in the cabin. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at this rental! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well stocked the house was. The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings, soaking in the serene views and enjoying the fresh air and amazing sunsets and sunrises.Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.
