A true rural paradise in the city of Teresópolis! Site with unrivaled leisure structure, area of 100 thousand square meters, large house, project of renowned architect Sérgio Bernardes of the 50s, fully restored and renovated. Large living with fireplace, dining room, mezzanine room, 5 suites with air conditioning, and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Cup, kitchen, balconies, pool, pool, barbecue, House fully equipped with 42 inch television, crockery, cutlery, bedding, table and bath and service of employees with excellent cook being this service, paid by the tenant and directly to them.

Large grassy and wooded outdoor area, greenhouse, corral, featuring breed horses (Mangalarga Machador), horse-drawn cart, duck pond, rabbits, chickens, fish ponds for recreational fishing. Anyway, all leisure of a country life in the city of Teresópolis!

Now in January 2017, we acquired from the Pegasus horse farm in Vargem Grande (Rio de Janeiro) a very tame, affectionate mini pony that loves children and will surely make their joy.

Experiência maravilhosa que vivi em família! Lugar lindo, muito bem cuidado, camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho muito boas e limpas, sem cheiro de guardado, chuveiros com água forte e bem quente. Os animais do sitio são dóceis e muito bem cuidados e a sensação para quem vai com criança. Os funcionários Lia e Zezinho são maravilhosos e muito solícitos. A Lia arrasa na cozinha! O sitio é ótimo, as crianças adoraram ver os animais a casa é confortável e grande. Único ponto negativo é a estrada de terra para o acesso, quando fomos estava chovendo e dificultou um pouco.

Maravilha na Serra

Passamos dois dias nessa casa maravilhosa em Teresópolis, fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos e atendidos em todas as nossas necessidades pelos caseiros. A cozinheira prestativa e muito boa em tudo que fez. A casa e a estrutura do local é algo a parte, vc se sente completamente inserido com a natureza, com os animais que estão por lá. Para crianças é um espetáculo porque andam de ponei, charrete, veem cabra, bode, bezerro mamando na vaca, patos, gansos. Recomendo muito essa estadia, não tivemos qualquer problemas ou dificuldade.

Carnaval, sem folia e proximidade ao Rio

Passamos um Carnaval especial, com o conforto de uma bela casa, com muito espaço e oportunidade de contato com a natureza. Andar de cavalo, pescar, caminhar ou simplesmente contemplar. A proximidade do Centro ainda permitiu visitas a Feirinha de Terê, o que agradou muito. Além disso, a atenção com que a Lia cuidou de nossas refeições e o Zezinho da infraestrutura é algo impagável. Parabéns Ângela, o seu imóvel é ótima opção de descanso e lazer. Certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse recanto.

Paraíso em Terê

Passamos o carnaval nessa casa maravilhosa e foi tudo ótimo!!!! Nenhum problema. Desde os contatos prévios para esclarecimentos de dúvidas, passando pela assinatura do contrato e pagamento, bem como pela estadia propriamente dita. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos, o Sr. Zezinho na estrutura da casa (piscina, sauna, cavalos e charrete) e a Sra. Lia foi irretocável, deu todo suporte de cozinha, copa, preparando café da manhã, comidas limpando e lavando tudo o tempo todo e ainda por cima muito discreta. Falando um pouco da casa, as fotos dão uma boa ideia do que é ao vivo mas posso garantir que de perto ainda é mais bonita e aconchegante. Decoração de muito bom gosto, muitas possibilidades de iluminação, umas 3 opções de local para refeições, quartos muito limpos com boa roupa de cama e banho. Esperamos voltar em breve.
