The property could have been cleaner. We found roaches in the bathroom and one was in the bed. So you might want to spray. The house was big enough just would've liked larger bathrooms. Overall it was just ok .

If so, we could’ve taken action to remedy them right then, instead of reading about them in a public review. This property is treated for pests monthly. Thanks again for staying at our channel-front home with pool that many families have enjoyed year after year.

Family vacation

We love the place. We will rent again when we go back. It was just the right size. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was right up the street. Thanks. We will be back.

ZFour of us came down for an early fall golf trip

We had a great time - the location was great for us & the weather was absolutely fantastic! The house was nice, clean & had everything we needed (other than trash bags & coffee filters) We thought it was kind'ov odd that we had to make the beds, but not really a big deal. We'd stay there again.

Great location Great house

The house was great, and the location was awesome. It had everything that we needed for a full week. Sadly, the pool did not meet our expectations. The pool was the main reason we selected the house. Upon arrival, the pool was cloudy and during the week algae or something was growing in it and after two attempts to fix. Two people came out and could not solve the problem. Before we had to check out and leave. We did enjoy our stay but was disappointed with the pool situation. We would book again.

Linens---sheets and towels were in poor condition with not enough supply for 6 days. No pillowcases for 4 of the pillows.Paper products were poor quality. No directions for TV operation.

Fun stay, nice house.

We stayed here for an annual ladies' beach trip. We enjoyed the location, home, and pool/outdoor living areas. Close walk to the beach access. Overall, we had a nice time. The rental could use some improvements in our opinion. The kitchen could be better equipped for cooking and storing food. A few extra/nicer towels for this nightly price would be appreciated. The beds were not made upon arrival. Everyone is paying a cleaning fee, this should covered for the next guests. We could not get the living/open area fans to work. The ladder on the dock was broken and coming off with screws hanging out. A little upkeep would make this house spectacular. Thanks!

We travelled from the UK to visit family in Little River, there were 2 adults and three teens plus my elderly father. First impressions of the property would good but we had a few issues during our stay that meant we would not recommend this prioperty, Although it was fine for what we needed.The property was not as clean as I would have expected and the pool looked dirty, meaning we did not use it. The bathroom were very small and both bathrooms had a big step up into a bath to enter the shower which meant it was very difficult for my elderly father to use. There are 2 bathrooms which are shared between the bedrooms, joining them together. There were a few mismatched mugs but only 6 and one was chipped. We also had cockroaches in the bedrooms and kitchen, aswell as on the driveway outside. The main concern for us was the keypad entry, when returning one evening the door seemed to have been locked from the inside and so we could not enter. We had to make numerous calls to try and get the key safe number to access to keys so that we could unlock the door, it was very stressful and the nearly had to book a hotel as it was late and we couldn’t enter the property.All being said, the property was okay, it is a very good location not far from the beach and there was a cart with some beach equipment that could be used which we found useful. Good to have the washer and dryer too.I would not stay there again but it provided a good base for our stay.
