We loved our visit! The location was great-- so close to the beach, plus walking distance to downtown Rehoboth for restaurants and shops. The home was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you to Helen, who was such a lovely, cheerful, and entertaining welcome and send-off!
This was just perfect house for a large group of 10 or more. Two full kitchens, 2 full dining rooms (connected), and 2 full living areas. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We look forward to coming back.
Big house with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. We had two multi-generational families and a couple of friends and for the first time ever there was no need to have anyone double up. Two kitchens and two living rooms were also great. Well maintained, clean, and well equipped property. Thanks for a great stay!
This house exceeded our expectations!
Our week started with meeting Helen (she’s great) for check-in. Our accommodations fit our family to a tee. The bedrooms were very quiet, even with a heated game of Trivial Pursuit going on downstairs. We had family dinners each night. With two fully stocked kitchens, cooking for a large crowd was never an issue and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the tables. Two outdoor showers helped to limit the amount of sand brought into the house. And the amount of beach chairs that were provided was a huge perk. We hope to make this our vacation home for years to come!
Our large family of up to 20 people enjoyed this location near the bike paths, shops and boardwalk of Rehobeth very much. We helped our 80-something parents by dropping them off at the beach and/or carrying their chairs. The parking was tricky as we had a lot of cars. We really couldn’t fit 4 cars in the driveway because our sedans and Suvs were too long. we utilized the free parking on shuttle rd during the day, but then had to go retrieve our extra cars from that lot in the evening because overnight parking in the lot is not allowed. We had no trouble finding street parking to use our 4 parking permits, we just needed more permits and didn’t want to pay for them. Fyi - permits were $120 for a week or $25 a day.
The beds were comfortable. In some of the rooms on the 3rd floor the beds are tucked in under dormered ceilings. Our 20-something’s managed this just fine, but our 80-year olds were leary about navigating the steep steps to the 3rd floor. Since we came with a group of various ages, this worked out fine for us. the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, silverware, plates, colanders, bowls, casserole dishes, baking pans, literally everything! The cabinets were so fully stocked that there was no place for food. we cleared off a sideboard to create a “pantry” that worked for us for the week.
We had a work retreat here, and it was perfect so that our 11 folks did not need to share bedrooms. Two kitchens! Big but separate areas for folks to group and chat, but everyone could also fit around the table. Also great was the ability to change temperature in each bedroom. Just right for us! Would book here again!
Our ultimate frisbee team had a great time staying at your place. The layout of the home was perfect. We were shocked with all the games, tables and kitchen space for us!! Would book this place again the next time we have a tournament in the area!
Wonderful home for our family reunion! We’re a very close (and large!) blended family and we had plenty of space to be together or grab a little solitude. The house is adorably and comfortably furnished, like being on a tv set of the “classic” beach house. It’s well situated in Rehoboth … a couple of blocks from the beach and downtown. We all LOVED our time in this house. Helen who manages the property is a gem too!
Great place for a large group. The rental property was clean and provided all the necessary space and kitchen items needed. We enjoyed the rental property and would recommend it to any large group wanting to stay close to the ocean and main Rehoboth strip.
We stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving with 21 ppl...13 kids and 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for so many people. We couldn't stop commenting on how it was just the perfect place for our large group. The house is perfectly appointed and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Surprisingly, for a household large, all the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses were not in bad shape. Parking was great and you are close to absolutely everything. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it!
The house was built in 1928 but it has been refitted with 21st century conveniences! My huge family loved that we were all accommodated in 1 house. The house was well kept and clean. It also had all the cooking accoutrements you would need. It was conveniently located close to the boardwalk so the teenagers were able to walk there at anytime! They also had a whole floor to themselves! Communication with the owner was easy and the property manager, Helen was a sweetheart! I would not hesitate recommending this property to anybody visiting the Rehoboth area.
Our stay was perfect! The house was just 1 1/2 blocks from ocean, boardwalk, a few blocks from shops and restaurants. We were a group of friends who ride each year from the Eastern shore side of the Bay Bridge to the beach. The way the house is set up it was perfect for large group to stay together and have enough privacy. Loved the 2nd kitchen for cooking, all the tables for dinner, and the coziness of the house.
Great location! We walked to the beach, to restaurants, shops and to the Fun Park.
It is a very cozy, comfy beach house! I love the tangerine painted on the outside! Very Key West feeling. We never got in our car except for driving to the wedding. Very child friendly with the sidewalks. Victoria
Our family reunion included three generations, and everyone enjoyed our accommodations. We especially appreciated having two kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms on the first floor. Although some of the bedrooms were small, they were adequate for our family. We liked how close the house was to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue.
Becky and Billy have worked hard to keep the integrity of this older beach home. It is a great beach house for large families! Lots of bedrooms and well stocked kitchens. We asked if they had a steamer pot for crabs and Becky provided one for us. Very welcoming people!
Big lovely house, clean, comfortable and well equipped, close to the beach and affordable. Our stay was great for our large 24 count Family Trip. Thanks Conley's & Helen

2021 Thanksgiving
2 well appointed kitchens, east dining area too small for two tables, smallish bed rooms, one bedroom door handle spins (Helen reports "They" are working on that), upper floors something of a fire hazard (bottom drawer dressers make fold away ladders mostly inaccessible, bedroom light bulb inoperable, bedroom socket sparks when plugging in phone charger. Parking would be a problem if it weren't for the holiday and street utility work. The family had an enjoyable holiday.
16 guest might be too many. I don't care for the Vrbo system.
Our family has not taken a trip together in sometime. This trip included 10 adults and 8 babies/toddler/school age children. The house was the perfect distance from the beach and local shops. The 3 floors made it easy to separate those who needed some quiet time. We had an amazing time!

About the host
Hosted by Becky and Billy Conley
We fell in love with this house at first sight! It said "this is where you wanna relax at the beach." We are beach lovers at heart and from big families who pile into a house once a year to live together for a week. This house is set up just for that!
Why they chose this property
This is everything you need and nothing you don't when you are at the Beach. Park your car and be done. Airy and bright rooms no clutter. This historic home breathes joy and simple comfort and is the place many family and groups call home at the Beach.
What makes this property unique
We are in the heart of downtown Rehoboth, just over a block from the beach and boardwalk. And right around the corner from tax-free shops, restaurants, a bike rental and grocery store.
