This is the perfect vacation house for your extended family getaway or large group. Sleeps 22...16 in beds with 2 sleeper sofas and a self-inflating mattress available.

For colder months, the house sleeps 18...14 in beds with 1 sleeper sofa and the self-inflating mattress.

Located in Rehoboth Beach, this property is only a 10-15 minute drive to the ocean, and is near other great destinations including Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Bethany and Dewey. We are conveniently located a stone's throw from the Tanger Outlets, grocery stores, restaurants, and Delaware tax-free shopping!

Enjoy the fenced, in-ground pool, open before Memorial and longer than Labor Day, and even longer by request. The spacious, fully fenced backyard is lined with trees for privacy and a nice balance of sun and shaded areas. There is a large patio with a grill and firepit. An enclosed outdoor shower is available after your trip to the beach.

The main house contains six bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The first floor has four bedrooms:
King-size bed
Queen-size bed
Bunk room - twin on the top and full bed on the bottom
Full-size bed

The second floor has two bedrooms:
Queen-size bed and twin bed
Queen-size bed (nested bedroom)

There is a Queen-size self-inflating mattress in the basement and a Full-size futon in the sunroom.

The cottage has a Queen-size bed and Full-size sleeper sofa.

Two pack n’ plays and two baby dining seats are available for your use.

Inside this cozy and inviting house you will find spaces for gathering together as well as lots of little nooks for members of your party to have a space to do their own thing and unwind.

Children will be delighted with a book nook and activity room equipped with lots of toys and games, a foosball table and a smart TV.

A large three season sunroom overlooking the pool is a wonderful gathering area. This house also has a large basement which is the perfect place for playing board games, movie watching on the 65 inch smart TV or gaming with the Xbox One.

The table in the dining room seats 10 and has two leaves for extended seating up to 14. There is an additional dining table in the sunroom and a large outdoor patio table.

The single story detached cottage has a kitchenette with refrigerator and toaster oven, full bathroom, 50 inch smart TV and seating area. This space provides the perfect opportunity for members of your group to have a quiet, private living area with the ability to join the rest of the party at any moment.

We have parking for 4+ cars, central air and heating, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Upon booking we will send you a list of the kitchen inventory to help you with your vacation preparation.

Renters must supply their own towels, but we provide sheets and pillowcases to every guest. Comforters and pillows are provided as well.
