Do not pass up this perfectly located 1 bedroom condo with a romantic flair. This studio is located just 2 blocks from central, right in the heart of World Famous DTSP! Enjoy easy access to everything from shopping, dining sports and much much more! Great for couples or groups of 3! BOOK NOW!

This comfortable 1 bedroom studio will not disappoint! Featuring a jacuzzi brand whirlpool tub in the updated stylish bathroom. His & Her robes for your enjoyment during your stay, plus the bonus of a washer & dryer free of charge in the unit. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen... Plus, the location cannot be beat! Just two blocks from Central Avenue and a short walk to the waterfront. You will have free on-street parking with a guest parking pass. Along with everything you can enjoy in Downtown, we are also in close proximity to the interstate with easy access to Sarasota & Tampa!

*Please note- Processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the case of cancelation.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.

Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)

A beautiful and well-appointed unit in an outstanding location. The host's communications were always timely and informative. She even took the time to assist me with a parking issue that may have otherwise resulted in a ticket. A great experience all the way around!

Blues weekend

This is a fantastic location. Easily walkable to restaurants and attractions. Some furnishings are a little dated and some minor repairs could improve it. Overall it was comfortable and reasonable.

Had a great stay

The property is very clean, and one of the best equipped rentals I have stayed in. The house is located downtown walkable to all sites. The neighborhood is safe. The host responds quickly and was very pleasant to communicate with.I will definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic location, romantic place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can't believe how well located it is. The queen bed is super comfortable. The comfy couch was great on the few occasions we had time to watch tv. Great instructions on checking in/out and where to park. We would definitely stay there again!

Forget the hotel room!

Sharon’s Romance in the City is absolutely perfect. The pictures on the listing are true to form. The bedding is luxurious, the kitchen is top notch, and it was certainly one of the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever rented. Kudos to your cleaning staff. I also have to mention it is within walking distance to anything you need. Publix, CVS, restaurants, museums, parks. We rented bikes (St. Pete bike rentals if you don’t mind me plugging them, Doug delivers and picks up for free). Thank you Sharon, we will definitely rent from you again when we’re in St. Pete.

A “Must Stay” when visiting St Pete!

Perfectly located just a few blocks from downtown Saint Pete, I found this studio apartment clean, cozy, spacious and a perfect place to relax and call home during my stay. I hope it’s available the next time I visit!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Sharons apartment. St Petersburg center is close by. You do all foot. Being in a city means there is more noise. One night nearby was a party that caused more noise at night. Further nights it was quite enough. Check in and check out was easy. Parking permit is included, which is very convenient.
