The space:

We offer a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, central air / heating, & high speed Wifi. The backyard is a lovely place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire-pit, or simply get work done on your laptop. The neighborhood is very quiet, making the backyard a great place to take Zoom meeting calls and anything else work-from-home related. Huge pool & tons of outdoor furniture make this place a must-book. Trader Joes, Target, CVS and anywhere else you could possibly need are all less than a 5 minute drive. Roadrunner Park is around the corner, featuring a huge field, play-ground, volleyball court, basketball court and adorable duck pond! (Be sure to bring bread crumbs! :). This home is on a quiet street yet very convenient to several freeways, restaurants, parks, shops & all that AZ has to offer!

** Premium bedding and mattresses in all rooms!! We purchased high quality/ very soft sheets and VERY comfortable expensive mattresses. Blackout custom window treatments to ensure good night sleep and complete privacy in ALL bedrooms.

Exterior:

Heated Pool:
Pool has pool heater and thus, can be used any time of year! Please note, as almost all Airbnb's do, we as well charge for pool heating from October -June to account for the cost to heat the pool.
The cost for heating the pool is based on usage. We have a device on the pool heater which tells us how much gas is being used. For example if you want the pool heated to 75 vs 90 degrees.

To give an idea - for the pool to be 85 degrees (like a warm bath water) in the middle of winter, it's about $100 a day in gas, give-or-take.
To heat the pool the extra fee’s are approximately as followed:

$100/ a day October-March
$65/ a day April-June
No fee July-September

Please keep the pool cover on to help keep the pool warm and the cost will be less :)

The pool cleaning company comes by on Mondays.

For those who ask about the charge: Pool heating is our only charge outside of the listing. Pool heating is not something we have in the initial cost per night for a myriad of reasons. #1 - Some people rent the house for work events and do not intend to swim. #2 - The price changes throughout the year for pool heating depending on the weather and we don't charge during the summer to heat the pool so it's impossible to put the cost in the listing. It costs about $100 a day to heat 20,000 gallons of water in the winter and if we did not charge then we would not make an income on our investment property. We do not make any money on the pool heating- we simply pass the cost onto the guests. If you keep the pool cover on, the heating cost will be lower and we can adjust the pricing based on the gas meter. *please note for reference, hotels in Los Angeles do no heat their pools from November-May due to cold weather, however we give the option to heat, unlike hotels.

** Paradise Valley is the perfect place to stay because you can rest and be comfortable on a quiet peaceful street yet you're literally a 10-15 minute drive to EVERYWHERE in AZ! Check out Downtown Scottsdale, Glendale for the Super Bowl, Desert Ridge’s outdoor mall with tons of restaurant/arcade/movie theater, Hikes & More.

**Hiking trails are also a short drive away such as Shadow Mountain & Lookout Mountain / Preserves (most popular amongst AZ locals) and endless fitness studios for all types of exercise, (Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, you name it- Paradise Valley has it!).

**Whatever you like to eat, it's nearby - whether it's Pizza, Sushi, Mexican, Thai Food, you name it- Paradise Valley has it within a short distance!

The house comes with a private driveway that can fit 2 small cars or one large SUV depending on the size. There is also ample FREE street parking.
