The hot tub was hot enough and the pool was very clean. Our only recommendation is all the kitchen drawers need repair. Not really a problem but our car would not fit in the garage.

Thank you, Bill, for staying with us. We’ll let our team know about the kitchen drawers so they can be addressed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Apologies that your car didn’t fit in the garage, and thank you for your understanding regarding the garage size, as we do note in our listing that it accommodates standard-size vehicles only.

Great time away

We live in Payson and wanted a weekend away with a pool and some other fun stuff to do. We really enjoyed being able to spread out in the home, play billiards, go swimming, cook inside and out, and just enjoy a relaxing environment. We will definitely rent again.

We will use again. You can’t park in the garage (the one spot for a car won’t fit a minivan) and I have slept in better beds. But overall the place was great. We will probably stay there again!

House was ok. Pool is NOT heated like it is advertised. Heating is an extra charge. Hot tub did not smell very good. We left a remote and the cost service fee to mail it back was extremely excessive. Not the experience we were looking for…….

We’re sorry the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. The pool heating is an optional extra, which is clearly stated in our listing, and for the item you asked us to ship back, the shipping and handling fees are part of our process. Anyhow, we appreciate you choosing our home and are sorry it wasn’t the experience you were hoping for :))

Enjoyable! 03/21/24 to 03/28/24

The house was beautiful, well stocked with everything we needed. Used the new grill everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, hammock and pool table. Pool didn’t get warm (we still used it) but they were gracious to refund the pool heater amount. Very nice neighborhood, close to grocery store, hiking, etc. would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great stay!

Our check-in was a little rough, but not because of the property or the owners. The previous guest had left a huge mess for them to clean so we checked in a little later than usual but it didn't look like anyone had been there before us they did such a great job cleaning! The property easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 teens/kids. Its right near grocery shopping and a gas station and places to eat just a few minutes from the freeway. It really is a great location. They had everything we needed, when we needed it. Its a great place to stay!

The house itself was very nice. Beds were a little hard, but fine if that is how you like it. The Hot tub was not cleaned when we got there. We thought no big deal they said they come once a week, maybe they will be here tomorrow. No one ever showed up and we even found a CGM in the bottom of the hot tub and the needle was still attached. I then told the kids they couldn’t use it anymore. Since they couldn’t use the hot tub to warm back up after swimming they also quit using that as much. The hot tub and pool were the main reason we booked this house.

The hot tub was actually serviced by our pool vendor on December 19, just a few days before your arrival on the 22nd. Looks like we missed double-checking it before your stay, and we’re really sorry it wasn’t ready like it should have been. We take your concerns seriously and will make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re glad you enjoyed the house, and we appreciate you letting us know & thank you!
