Absolutely loved the property and the neighborhood. 10-15 min from Shasta and Wiskey Town Lakes. Few minutes away from big shopping plazas with all great stores for food or outdoor stuff shopping. The house has everything you may need and an absolute gem is the backyard with pool, tent area, trampoline, bbq area and jacuzzi. Everyone will find a spot to hid and enjoy! Other than that the backyard and area are very picturesque.

Home was in a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Close to town & of course the pool & hot tub are a bonus indeed. Nice open floor plan & everything was very clean. Had everything you would need for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was extremely clean, private and in such a quiet neighborhood. It’s tucked away on a cul-de-sac and was the perfect place for our family to relax.The pool and jacuzzi was definitely a favorite, and our boys absolutely loved the diving board and trampoline. The kitchen was also set up perfectly and had everything we needed. I really liked the decor too—it was beautiful without being overdone and the whole house just felt comfortable and relaxing.The owners and property managers were extremely responsive. We mentioned that there seemed to be an issue with the sprinklers just because we wanted to make sure they knew about it. It honestly wasn’t bothering us at all, but they still had someone come out that same day to take care of it. We really appreciated how quickly they responded to everything.The location was great for everything we wanted to do around Redding, including exploring the waterfalls and lava tubes, and it was so nice coming back afterward and being able to relax by the pool.We had such a great time here and would absolutely stay again. Definitely a 5-star stay for our family!

Beautiful fun and convenient!

The property was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The kids had great fun on the trampoline and the pool. It was centrally located within short driving distance to Shasta and Whiskeytown Lake as well as downtown Redding. Would definitely definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

We had a nice stay at the Atelier for our summer family vacation. A beautiful home and backyard with pool. Perfect amount of space for our group. The art/toy room was a hit with kids. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is central to everything in Redding. The home was beautifully kept and the amenities perfect for me and my adult children. The pool made it so we could have a staycation during our vacation. The property owners did a nice job communicating everything that we needed to know, even providing recommended establishments that would help make our visit even better! Definitely recommend!!
