Located in the historic Barrio Santa Rosa, you will be nearby Downtown Tucson, the Tucson Convention Center, 4th Avenue, The University of Arizona, The Mercado at San Augustin, and the incredible Tucson Mountains! The house is well equipped with a beautiful workspace/reading room, full kitchen, authentic mid-century modern furniture, local art, Smart TV, front and back patios and much more.

cute little arizona theme house.

well-maintained, older home very nice owners. I feel anyone would be happy staying here. Only little odd thing was the couch is super low to the ground.
