Although this is a very cute place with a great view, the other reviews are right about uncomfortable beds and couch. The downstairs bed is especially firm. Seems a mattress topper for both beds would improve ratings significantly. Also, there are no dinner plates! There are only small plates. There is no place to store the food brought by guests. All cupboards in the kitchen are either full or locked. Seems there should be at least one cupboard available for guests.

as the photo shows it was a wonderful view and right on the beach. luckily for us no one was in the place next door because there is only a 4 foot wall separating the two patios. And then there is a patio/deck right below so it is a bit akward when some one is there because you are staring right down on them.

Property was nice and great views of the oceam, beach and Morro Rock. Easy walk to town with a good choice of restaurants and quaint shops. Only con, downstairs shower has very little water pressure.

Great weekend

Literally right on the beach can’t beat it and so refreshing to not fight crowds of Pismo this time of year. Fog burned off and was sunny most of the weekend was very nice stay. Agree with others couch pretty uncomfortable but beds were good and had everything else necessary for a comfortable stay. We had extra car and parking was easy on curb in front of unit.

New Year’s Get Away

This is a very nice clean lovely condo overlooking the beach. The view is fabulous, we enjoyed watching the surfers and the waves. The property is well stocked and has everything you need. Downtown is a very short walk and so is the beach and the pier. The only issue we had was, the beds are not very comfortable.

A Truly Special Waterfront Location

Easy reservation and check in. The water view and sound of the breaking waves was just delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. Decor was cute and ‘beachy’. Excellent Miele brand washer and dryer. The only thing we wished is that the couch and beds could have been more comfortable. Downstairs bed is very hard. Couch kind of ‘bottoms’ out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit is in a small set of low-rise buildings that have some of the best views and location in Cayucos. Steps from the beach and also downtown plus with easy access to the highway to Hearst Castle, Morro Bay and other sights. Cayucos is the Mayberry of beach towns with the friendliest most polite people and just the right number of shops and restaurants. We felt safe, welcome and happy. However, the condos here are perhaps 1960s/70s construction and showing their age. And the cheesy Home Goods/Dollar Tree attempts at beachy decor in this unit do not do it any favors. But there are some very nice updated contemporary appliances in the kitchen - the most handsome microwave ever. The great view on the deck is visible only in the living room. The bedrooms are small and dark. (The upstairs bathroom fan didn't work but thankfully the adjoining bedroom had a window!) But who wants to spend time indoors anyway? This is a serviceable space to sleep, have breakfast and then get out and go to the beach or into town for a lovely day in Cayucos.

It was great to watch all the fireworks, and 4July 4th beach crazy from the balcony. The apartment was small, and very clean. We did not like the fact that cupboards are locked so there was no pantry , or clothes wardrobe downstairs. Blankets would also be good, as the evenings can be chilly...we had to buy some. Seven Sisters were excellent to work with , and very supportive.Overall a great little get -away .

Sleeping areas are big with nice sized bathrooms. Kitchen is functional but small and the couch and chairs work but are not the best / most comfortable. However the key is you walk right on to the beach and are 2 min. from downtown restaurants.
