Right next to the snubber lift and near the golf course with beautiful views of the mountain and valley!

Parking is available in the condo lot! You can get around by taking the sugarloaf busses, driving into town. If you are skiing, the best way to get around is to throw on your boots and hop on the lift!

This home is lovingly and professionally managed by EVERROW PROPERTY. We respect our guests’ privacy and space, but our friendly, local team is available 24/7 to provide recommendations, answer questions, or respond in person should you need anything during your stay.
No pets on furniture, no smoking, quiet hours are 9pm-7am.

We really enjoyed watching the snowcats groom the Mt. at night, from the skylight. The full sized washer/dryer came in handy. We had all the supplies we needed. Everything was clean. They even had a crockpot & air fryer. Just a walk across the adjacent parking lot to the Snubber lift. We had a great vacation. Thank you!

Proximity of the property to the lift and fitness center was ideal, walking distance to both. The major downfall is the 58 steps it takes to get to the unit itself. Definitely a difficult scenario after skiing all day or carrying belongings up. Would have been nice if there was access to the dumbwaiter. Overall a nice place.
