The space
Enjoy the treehouse feel of this top floor unit from the covered porch that overlooks the Carrabassett River and the Kingfield Dam. This small unit has everything you need away from home. This is a 3 unit property. Guests will have access to the porches/ stair set and the 3rd floor unit. Guests will have a designated parking spot.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this is a small efficiency unit located on the third level. The only access is 2 flights of stairs. And while we have packed it with all the amenities, it is a small space!
