Fully renovated 5BR/3BA oasis, 2400sqft single story home with pool. Large screened in front porch. Huge backyard with pool and fire pit, quiet neighborhood. Chef's kitchen with space to breathe. Walk to local restaurant (Third Culture Kitchen) Groceries (Publix 1 mile). Kennedy Space Center (15min). Orlando Airport (40min). Disney (50min). Beaches (25-30min). Cruise Port (25-30min). Rotary Riverfront Park (5min) for absolute best launch views and playground. USSSA Sports Complex (25min).
The space is very clean and fresh with very little clutter. Home is fully stocked with essentials for cooking, comfort, pool-time, and exploring the local area. 5 full bedrooms sleep 12. The open floorplan flows from kitchen to dining room to living room to massive patio and freshly surfaced pool! Huge backyard with large gathering table, lounge chairs, fire pit with seating, and a hammock for your enjoyment. The home was gutted and fully renovated in 2022. Watch launches from the backyard or venture 5 minutes to one of the riverfront parks to get an unobstructed view of the launch pads across the river. We would love to host you. The neighborhood is a classic mid-century, quiet, Brevard County neighborhood very close to Rt 1, I-95, and downtown Titusville. Many of the houses have been renovated or are being renovated. The proximity to Orlando (airport & theme parks), Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, the beaches, and nature preserves makes it easy to home base and explore much that the area has to offer for kids and adults of all ages.
****CHECKING IN****
PARKING: You may park in driveway and on street. Room for 5-6 cars.
SHOES: Shoes off please.
CAUTION: Be aware of the step down into the green room .
A/C: Let us know what temperature you would like the house and we will set it remotely.
CANDLES: Do NOT use.
BATH TOWELS: Please be mindful and reuse towels. There are two sets of towels in each bedroom that sleeps 2 people. There are three sets of towels in the bedrooms that sleep 3 people.
POOL TOWELS: There are 12 pool/beach towels in the coffee station in the kitchen nook. Pool towel hooks are located to the right of the sliding door and there are 4 outside on the pallet.
BEACH TRIPS: There are 6 beach bags in narrow front hall closet to use for the beach. There are a few beach chairs as well.
FIRE PIT: DuraFlame logs only.
NOISE: Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Consider the neighbors if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no house parties.
PARTIES: NO! All guests visiting the property need to be identified by name and age through Airbnb.
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping INSIDE and no butts left outside.
PETS:
--No pets on any furniture.
--Clean up immediately after they poo. Less flies and less work later.
--Do not leave pets unattended outside if humans are away from the property.
--There are several neighbor dogs that share the backyard fence, and will make their presence known.
WASTE & RECYCLING: See notes near the recycling bin.
WINDOWS: If you open windows, please be sure to shut and lock them when they are closed.
ENERGY: Please turn off all overhead lights and ceiling fans when you are not present.
DOORS: Please lock all doors if you leave the property.
ALARMS: By law, we have to have alarms on doors that lead directly to the pool, since the pool is not enclosed itself. The slider, the pool door, and the laundry room doors have active alarms on them. The cleaners are instructed to engage them before each new check-in. If you do not have anyone on your guest list that could be harmed by going to the pool on their own, you can disengage the locks simply by switching them to "off".
NOTIFICATIONS: Please let us know if something breaks, needs attention, or could be improved. We have an inventory list of all items in the house. You enjoyed them all and we want them available for future guests to enjoy as well.

BEDROOMS: Please do not make any beds that were slept in, so the cleaning crew does not have to guess which sheets to change.
BATH TOWELS: Please put all USED bath towels on the bathroom floors.
POOL TOWELS: Please put all USED beach towels on the bathroom floors.
PETS: Please clean all pet piles in the yard prior to departure.
KITCHEN: Please discard opened food and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher AND start the dishwasher.
WINDOWS: If you opened any windows, please be sure to close and lock them before you depart.
ENERGY: Please turn off all overhead lights and ceiling fans before you depart.
DOORS:
--Please ensure the sliding door, laundry room door, and pool door are locked.
--Please press the button to lock the keypad deadbolt as you leave.
NOTIFICATION: Please let us know when you have left the property so we can notify the cleaning crew.
