Bright and clean private vacation home near beach(playa Linda 12 miles) , near NASA, and SpaceX. Newly remodeled 2/2.5 . Watch rocket launches from the front or backyard or take a quick drive to the beach. IWC/ Indian river less then 1 mile away right next to a new shopping area that was just built. Very close to Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge. Also near new Boeing headquarters and short drive to cocoa beach

Came for Kayaking

The stay was great. The host was nice, a little hiccup with the check in process but the host fixed it for us. Host worked with us to accommodate for late check out. Would gladly stay again

Wedding Stay!

We had a great time and the location was perfect for our wedding event we attended! The house was just as described and so clean! A little mix up with. WiFi info, but host was quick to respond and get us the information we needed. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed Our Stay

My son and I were in Titusville for a rocket launch. We did not spend much time at this property. However, the checkin process was simple. The property has some of the coolest space art we have ever seen. Titusville is a pretty rough town these days but this property was perfect for our needs.

An uplifting experience.

This house was clean, neat and well organized. Showers are very nice with good pressure. Beds were comfortable, with sufficient linens and towels provided. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Easy and nearby access to KSC and other points of interest. Additionally, we got to watch a SpaceX launch. We would definitely rent this one again!

Recent Stay

Owner was very nice and responded promptly when we told her we saw water on floor. Came over immediately to check it out. Condo could use some updating, especially carpet and kitchen sink, but otherwise was clean and comfortable for family.

Very clean and comfortable stay

Very positive experience, super clean and comfortable. Rated three stars for the location because it would be nice to ask neighbors to leave more space between their cars and the trash bins for guests to walk, also to better maintain or store trash cans to avoid odors in the area. Overall, Cindy was responsive to my requests and questions and her place is well maintained and stocked with all the basics for our family’s comfort. Also I appreciated all the clear rules upfront. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything we needed

Cindy's home had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway after a busy holiday. The neighborhood was quiet and great for daily walks. We loved the back screened-in porch and how spacious the rooms were. Her home was furnished nicely and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The only thing we missed was a frying pan for eggs, but we were able to make do with what was provided. Cindy was extremely prompt with all communications and a very gracious host. We would definitely recommend staying at her home!

Close to Kennedy Space Center

Hi, overall the place was nice. and it was clean. Fun games the toddler enjoyed. Not sure if I realized it was a condo. We didn't know where the front door was and not sure it was ever mentioned. The place was clean, would be nice if the carpets were removed as they had black mold or something black along all of the edges. Some small amentities would have went a long way to make it more enjoyable: 4 patio chairs on the downstairs back deck, chairs on the upstairs deck, washcloths, towel racks and a larger trash can in the kitchen. Overall it served us well and we were satisfied.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Spent one night here while in Titusville for a wedding. This place is set up really well for kids, and since we had a baby and a toddler it made our lives so much easier! The only thing we had to keep watch on was the stairs. Each bedroom has its own bath which provided both couples plenty of privacy, there was tons of room to set up a pack n play, and pretty much all the small decor items were out of reach of our toddler and baby. There’s a very “space coast” vibe which is fun with astronaut paintings everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner had left some cute hospitality items throughout the house (sleep mask, cookies, etc) for us to use. Cindy was on top of the communication and we felt very welcome. My husband left a bag there after packing in a rush and she went over and above expectation in getting it back to us. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Bioluminescence trip

As soon as you open the door it smells so clean and fresh. The place sparkles. It has plenty of room for friends or family to get together for a visit down at the beach. The owner made sure that there was everything you could possibly need while staying at the house. There was even board games and cards just case you were stuck in side during a stormy night. She even left us a nice gift full of wonderful goodie. She was quick to communicate to me that my friend had left her glasses at the house. She went out of her way to send it back to my friend. I will be back to stay again.

My son is obsessed with space so we wanted to surprise him with a trip to NASA, after our Disney trip. I found this house, and decided to rent it. We had no issue not walking around with no shoes we bring slippers to hotels, anyway. They did have shoe covers (we didnt use). The house was clean (not a waterbug to be found, Thank God), neighbors were so nice, neighborhood was super quiet. I had 1 issue the details say park in front of the white door, that door looked tan to me so I was confused (maybe it was just the tree shadows because my 23 yr said it was white lol). Just park in front of the garage that had the matching number of the house (looking at house its on the right). I must have been excited or confused because I thought you could see the launch pad from the backyard, you cant (again might have just me and my excitement). The distance to NASA was a quick drive. Having the washer/dryer was awesome. Cindy was absolutely amazing to deal with. Super quick replies.

Nothing Fancy

The good things are, it was very clean and the location is good. It is convenient to many parks and the beach. Things I did not appreciate were: 6 plug in air fresheners that immediately upset my allergies. The carpeting was badly stained and ripped in one spot. The sinks were stained. There were no screens on the sliding glass doors. The window locks on the main floor were missing screws and just hung there. The curtains on the first floor sliders were not wide enough to cover the doors. The grass had not been mowed for quite a while. The screened in porch was missing a section of screen. My guess is, if you are going for a short stay, you won't mind my concerns. I stayed there for a month and never really looked forward to going back to the condo at the end of days spent hiking or going to the beach.

Great find!

Our family of 5 traveled to Florida for a wedding. This townhouse was perfect for our family. Cindy was quick to respond with any questions I had. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area to visit family.

Great Condo
