Very clean and nice property. Communication could be a little wonky, but the hosts were very nice. Good location, close to lots of things.

Good Location

Stayed here over the weekend while we were attending the Thirsty Orange Festival. Location is ideal. Was just a short walk to Founders Park.

Great stay

I traveled to JC for the Holidays to visit family. I have to get rooms because my family members are not comfortable with pets in the home. This unit was very clean and pet friendly.

We only slept in the house. The mattress was very comfy. Pillows need to be updated but the host have really good taste. House was very modern and well maintained. They gave us a list of places to go and see which we took advantage of and places to eat, which we also took advantage of and then I took my husband back and dropped them off on the Appalachian trail and headed home. This little apartment in Johnson City was perfect for my two-week work stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's literally right around the corner from the downtown shopping district, tons of local and chain restaurants, and all manner of convenience and big-box stores. Check in was quick and easy, and the unit was spotless when I arrived, and came stocked with plenty of linens, cooking implements, and storage space to use during my trip. The host company was very quick to respond to any messages and address any concerns I had--such as when the keypad entry malfunctioned and needed to be replaced, which was done within 12 hours of my notice. If I had any complaints, it's that the walls are a bit thin and it was easy to hear my neighbors around me. But otherwise, the unit was excellent and I will absolutely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity.

Very cozy & well-equipped

We really loved this unit, and it was great for the price. The apartment was cozy and perfect for a couple. It had nearly everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect for our stay in Johnson City, allowing us to easily walk into the heart of town to enjoy some of the local eateries and brew-houses, and even to visit Founder’s Park and the newly opened Visitor Center. The location was pretty quiet, once we got used to the whistle of trains going through town. Our only difficulty was getting in to the property the first time, due to a non-functioning electronic door lock, but our host was gracious and immediately responsive, finding a quick and perfect solution. Would definitely recommend better pillows for the bed and a more thorough cleaning of the floor and rugs, but that was a minor detail compared to the excellent comfort of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!
