THE SPACE:

LA CASA BONITA was furnished with a Modern Southwestern Style theme in mind. The house features 8 Bedrooms with 12 separate beds, 3 Full Bathrooms, and 2 Half Bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 20+ people. You’ll come to enjoy numerous entertainment and living spaces inside and out. The outside features a beautiful heated pool, along with a firepit, grill, and numerous outdoor games, while the inside features 4 Large HD Smart TVs, a Pool Table, a Game Room with a PS5, Foosball, and Darts. GAME ROOM: Immerse yourself in our dynamic game room, a haven for fun and relaxation. At its core is a grand 65-inch HD Smart TV, alongside a brand new PS5 for immersive gaming experiences. A plush couch doubles as a comfortable bed for two, ensuring this space is not just for entertainment but also a cozy retreat. Further enhancing the room's appeal, you'll find a foosball table and dart board, perfect for friendly competition. An array of board games and books are also on hand, catering to quieter moments or group enjoyment.

LIVING ROOM: Step into our vibrant living room, the ultimate hangout spot. It showcases a grand centerpiece pool table, perfect for friendly games, and a huge 75-inch HD Smart TV for entertainment. Additional seating ensures ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Perfect for lively conversations and laughter-filled evenings, the living room seamlessly opens to the dining room, creating an expansive, interconnected space for guests. FAMILY ROOM: Relax in our spacious family room, boasting a large, plush sectional and stylish accent chairs that invite you to unwind. Central to the room is a massive 75-inch HD Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Adding to its charm, the room opens directly onto the outdoor living space and pool, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. This room also features a wet bar for you to enjoy cocktails/drinks with your family/friends.

DINING ROOM: Dine in style in our dining room featuring a solid reclaimed wood table that accommodates 8 people with ease. Paired with the additional eating areas in the adjoining kitchen and breakfast room, there is ample dining space for over 18-20 guests.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of silverware, pots/pans, dishware/flatware, large serving dishes, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, tea kettle, and more. Further enhancing the dining space, the kitchen also features a countertop area with four comfortable bar stools.

BREAKFAST ROOM: Enjoy meals in our warm, open-plan breakfast area that merges effortlessly with the kitchen, featuring a large table that comfortably accommodates seven - an ideal spot for relaxed breakfasts and engaging conversations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

QUIET HOURS: STRICTLY ENFORCED 9:00PM - 7:00AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors, community, and the people around you. This house is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Albuquerque. The City mandates that short-term rental quiet hours begin at 9PM, so noise level must be at an absolute minimum after that time. Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gatherings of more than 20, including registered guests, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by Albuquerque Regulations. We (hosts) must be notified of any visitors over the registered number of guests, and all visitors must leave before quiet hours begin.

PARKING: Ample parking space for 6 Cars on Driveway/In Garage

PETS: DOGS ONLY allowed at an additional pet fee of $249 Per Pet for your entire stay, MAX 2 Pets. If bringing more than one pet, once booked we will send you a request through the platform to cover the additional pet fee. You are responsible for any damages, so please only bring trained dogs, no puppies! You are responsible for bringing doggy bags, and picking up all their waste. SEE RULES

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT: Check-In starts at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM, and is strictly enforced to allow time to prepare for our next guests. However, Late checkout and/or early check-in may be possible, PLEASE ASK.

POOL: Our Private Pool is open from April-October. Heating the pool is an additional $50/day. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING if you would like it heated.

GRILL: Please clean THOROUGHLY after use. Gas canisters will be on the property but may need to be re-filled. The local Walmart is less than 5 minutes away, and you can exchange tanks. We will reimburse the cost (~$20).

YOUR SAFETY: For your safety and privacy, we have installed exterior security cameras facing the front of the house, but no cameras or recording devices are located anywhere else on the property. We’ve also installed smart locks and pool chimes.
