Get ready to relax in this 3BR/2BA vacation rental, set on a hill with views of the Sandia Mountains from the private pool! *Pool is not heated*

This home is conveniently located only 3 minutes from a fitness center and 5 minutes from shopping. Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept living and dining room with granite counter tops and a gas fireplace in the living room.

When the sun’s shining, soak up the rays in the incredible outdoor area. A covered dining area, sun loungers by sparkling swimming pool, and all of it framed by a view of the Sandia Mountains.

-hot tub is heated year round. Please request hot tub to be heated 48 hours before your stay-

Could not be happier — view of balloon park and mountain — quiet safe area - property situated in such a way that although neighbors are close you have pretty much complete privacy —- with wide open sky —- pool / hot-tub and throughout the house everything you need // very clean. — and to top it off shopping is just 10 minutes away ! A perfect vacation.

This home is in a very nice location and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. It is well equipped with everything you need. There are views of the valley and mountains from the back yard. We also saw hot air balloons every morning. Rosie was very kind and helpful. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was some things in the home need repair. There was no hot water in the master bath tub/shower and the other bath has a shower head that barely works, otherwise this is a 5 star house.

Perfect getaway

Stayed here over Boots in the Park weekend, didn’t spend much time here, but it was perfect for us. Pool & hot tub were a nice bonus.

Worth it

The property was centrally located for the reason we came. Everything was as advertised. I would recommend a Roku player for the TV. We could not watch anything as a subcription was required on Infinity. Very frustrating but easily solved. Basic Roku would allow renters to enter their sign in on whatever streaming app that prefer.

Pretty Good Place (with a couple of warnings.)

We stayed here because it was very close to our son's home. It cost way more than I wanted to pay, but we decided to stay for convenience. And I probably would stay there again. It was winter so the pool was closed, but we wanted to use the hot tub. We called ahead and asked for it to be heated to 102F. It was heated up nicely. The only problem is that my husband and I are 75 yo and there is no railing up the concrete steps to the hot tub. Once we managed top get in, it was lovely, but then we had to get out and go down the concrete steps. I realize that this wouldn't be a problem for young people, just warning seniors.The kitchen was very clean. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Who does that? But no big deal. We got some the next day. Rosie left delicious NM cookies that we enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook. The beds were VERY comfortable. The bathrooms were small but had nice fluffy towels. Again, I would warn seniors that the showers have no safety hand rails. The shower in the master bath was a bit difficult for us to get into. The shower in the other bath also had no safety rails and the shower head was quirky. We managed.The tv's worked fine once you figured out the remotes.That's about it. It's a nice home for a premium price. Seniors might want to think about it for a bit.

Great location

Beautiful home and hot tub great. I wish it would have been warm enough to try the pool. We were able to sit outside some. The fireplace was nice as well. Wish there was ice. Primary bedroom had very comfortable bed. Plenty of room for a family although just 2 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and didn’t need to use our car during our stay. The river is close too. We would love to stay longer next time. Maybe more instructions would be helpful for tv, thermostat and fireplace but Rosie very helpful.

Absolutely incredible!

We had a great time in this beautiful house. It felt like home! The communication leading up to and during the rental was phenomenal! We could watch the balloons at sunrise over the mountains. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool! The kitchen was well stocked and were able to cook several meals at the house. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
