Great place

This place would be perfect if they would provide some small things like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, and other condiments.

Ok place. Dryer took 4 hours to dry anything and when I complained I was told that it was working “it just takes a little longer” 4 hours really just a little longer. The place was clean to look at however the floors were filthy. We had a crawling 1 year old who got filthy crawling on the floor from the day we checked in. Be prepared to buy everything you will need to cook or eat. There is nothing. Also 1 garbage bag, 1 small bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. It is not steps from the beach. You will need to drive to the beach. This is a non smoking facility but the smell of marijuana was everywhere. Including elevators and patio. Pool was nice but not many options for shade. The beach is gorgeous. I would stay on the beach next time.

I do see our team was able to address this issue while you were in house. We also regret the floors did not meet your expectations and will address this with our cleaning team immediately. In the future please let us know of all issues so we can send the cleaner back right away. We try to provide basic essentials, but appreciate your input on what was needed. The guest portal we sent to you via email provides a area that shares what to bring and what we provide. The property is a short drive from the beach, and we're sorry any confusion caused inconvenience. We take the non-smoking policy seriously and will investigate be sure to report odors to the Palms security team as they are reported to us.
