I had a great time in Destin. The property was located near beach and had good swimming pool including 2 heated pools open till 11. Location is good room was clean. Check in was seamless easy parking was free. The only thing i felt was the sheets are old. The difference if you compare to hotel are there in terms of service but still I would rate this place a 5 star as place is good and host was vety promt abd responsive. Thanks for having us.

Excellent experience. We decided last minute to extend our trip by a day and were lucky enough to find Angela’s unit that would grant a one night stay on short notice. Angela was quick to respond to every question and even made arrangements for an early check in so our room transition was seamless. Highly recommended!

The hosts were incredible from check in to check out. My family enjoyed all the amenities from the beach closet to the extra linens. The porch is a beautiful spot to enjoy coffee in the morning before the day starts. My sons didn’t ever want to leave the pool. Very impressed and will rebook for future trips.

We had a big group of people and still felt comfortable. The pictures on the website don’t show how compact the second room is or that it shares the room with washer and dryer. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. The sofa bed is ok for kids but would be hard for an adult to sleep on- so plan accordingly. Overall it was a good experience at a nice location. The host was readily available and super nice. The staff at the resort were fabulous as well! Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing vacation!

First trip with our son!

My husband and I traveled here with our 12 month old for our first trip since having him. We had such a lovely time!! I specifically wanted to come here for the kid friendly pool and grounds and it did not disappoint! The zero entry pool was perfect for us, and the splash pad/kiddie pool were my son’s favorite! We booked this condo specifically out of all the others offered on VRBO because of the view!! We knew my son’s early bedtime and naps would mean we were stuck inside more than we would like, but the balcony made this so perfect! It overlooks the pool and the ocean. We loved it! I was nervous with my little guy and the balcony, but the railing was high and very kid safe! The second bedroom is small, but one huge upside if you have kids that nap is there is no window, so it is perfect for naps!! So dark and cool, we fit our son’s portable pack and play at the bottom of the bed and he slept well in there! Although it is not directly on the beach, there is the shuttle and also we walked every day to the ocean, it’s only like a 8 min walk, very douable even with a baby! The condo comes with beach toys and a wagon! I would stay here again and again! The whole resort was so clean, friendly, and SAFE!! The condo was perfect, clean, comfy beds and just exactly what we needed!! I would say the only downfall is the check in/out times are a little early/late, but the host was so accommodating and allowed us to have flexibility which honestly made our whole trip that much better!!

Clean, beautiful view, great host!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay here in June. Communication with the host was great! Check-in was simple. We loved having the beach toys, inflatables, and wagon that are available in the condo to use. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is great! The second bedroom is pretty small but fine for sleeping! We loved the pools and hot tub at the resort. The walk to the beach was manageable even with a 6 month old baby in tow :). There was a shuttle that was also available to use at the resort. We didn't utilize the shuttle during our stay but we did talk to the driver, Lance, and he seemed very accommodating and helpful! The condo is located in the perfect location and there are a million things nearby to do while on vacation! We would 100% book this condo again!!

Great Vacation!

We had a great stay! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. We did have one on the pullout couch and it was not the most comfortable. I would say for kids it would work great though. One thing we wish we would have figured out sooner was that the shuttle is super flexible! You can call for a ride anytime and as long as it’s close they will bring you! It saves a lot in Ubers! We hope to come back! Thanks Angela!

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities

Pros: Angela was great at communicating with us up until the trip and throughout the process. The resort is beautiful and has many amenities including a restaurant, Cafe, bar, beautiful pool, park and tennis courts. The pool was beautiful and large. Food and drinks at the restaurant were delish and the staff was very friendly. The unit is beautifully decorated and has a great view. She also leaves recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the area. The beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas were a lifesaver for us. The view from our balcony was beautiful with the pool and the Gulf. Cons: the resort was very large and since we went during Spring Break it was very noisy. We could hear everything in the halls, the pool and above us. The hot tub was full of young children and there was no one supervising the You have to have your wristband and card everywhere you go, which is fine but the card entry is sometimes on the opposite side of the gate. Cleanliness: overall the condo was pretty clean, but the sheets had old stains on them. Also, we have stayed at other Vrbos and did not need to provide extra garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels. If this was included, i would give this place 5 stars. Having to provide necessities when you're on vacation is a pain, especially with a family. Overall, the place is beautiful and Angela was very accommodating. I think we'd come back during a time where its not high season.

The Condo was so comfortable, clean and great views! We had so much fun and relaxation and so much more to enjoy of the surrounding area in Destin. Loved the pool, the nightime entertainment and the many lovely folks we met. It was SUPER! Hostess was delightful and supplied all basics and references highlighting the area!

THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND ORDERLY AND THE VIEW WAS MUCH BETTER THAN WHEN WE STAYED ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THIS WAS THE 1ST. TIME WE STAYED DURING A SCHOOL VACATION WEEK BUT ALL IN ALL THE CHILDREN WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND I APPRECIATE THAT (GOOD PARENTING).

Amazing condo

This condo is exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy with relaxing aesthetic. We loved the views!! We checked in after hours and the security guy was very quick to meet me at the front desk and the check in process was smooth and fast. The main pool was closed off with caution tape but that did not affect us at all. We enjoyed our time there and definitely would stay there again. The host is very quick to respond to messages. I give the whole stay a 10/10.

Family Fun Trip

Can't say enough about how impressed we were prior to arrival. Angela's communication was on point and timely throughout the process. The unit was clean, the grounds were clean. We cooked several big meals and never needed anything. The wagon and beach toys were very much appreciated. Great spot with lots to do and see.

Clean condo and Great communication with the owner

Angela was wonderful to work with and was very informative about our stay. Great location. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice pool area. Easy check in process. The elevators and hallways did have a smell and that wasn’t pleasant but that has nothing to with the property owner.
