Looking to get away from our cold Canadian/US winters? Check out our UPPER FLOOR, 1400 square foot unit at Superstition Springs Lakes in Mesa, Arizona available for the season! Great for couples or a family. Unit is well kept and very clean, air conditioned and smoke free. No smoking or pets allowed in condo. Condo community is gated for security and a two car garage is available for parking one vehicle. A year round heated pool is available literally less than 200 feet from the unit with deck chairs to enjoy the sun and a hot tub. This unit offers refinished countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and tile floor through-out the hallways and kitchen. Carpet was replaced brand new in 2019 and is in the living room and bedrooms.
This condo has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 32 inch TV and an en suite which includes a bathtub and a large shower. Two bedrooms have large closets as well. Hair dryer is available to use also. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed in it, great for kids too. All bedrooms have quality bedding and extra pillows and blankets to make you comfortable, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of counter space. The large living room has a 55' LCD TV/DVD surround stereo system. The kitchen table seats four along with room at the bar for 3. There is a desk to be used for your computer along with wireless internet and a printer. Washer/Dryer is included.
Enjoy a morning coffee or late evening drink from the patio with table and four chairs. Enjoy the view of the lake and the swaying palm trees as you relax.
Rear two guest bedrooms overlook the pool house.
Enjoy the 'Arizona Sunrise' from your private patio overlooking one of the many lakes surrounding Superstition Springs. Surrounded by a golf course and shopping malls, movie theatres, grocery stores, including a Wal-mart, and many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Within 6 hours are Las Vegas, Disneyland, California beaches, Mexico and the Grand Canyon.

The condo for our needs very well. It is quite dated but everything seems to work. The pool and hot tub are directly across the street so the location is wonderful. There are plenty of nice and good restaurants easily within walking distance. The owners were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would recommend you choose to stay in this VRBO.

A nice stay overall. There is a flight of stairs when you come in the door. The bed was comfortable and there was a big sectional couch. Noise was low in the area. There was a pool that we didn't use. We would stay here again.

I love this location, so close to everything. But what really made this a place we’d like to return to is that it’s terrific inside — comfortable beds, very clean with good amenities and a wonderful view from the balcony. Owners are terrific.

Amazing experience

This is absolutely wonderful place to stay with beautiful lake views all around. The kitchen stock was spot on and couldn't ask for more. All the malls were near by and it was so easy to get all the stuff. It would be really nice to add fire sticks to the TV which makes this more amazing.

Talking to the Geese

If we could givev the 6 star, we would. We attended the national Pickleball Tournament in Mesa AZ. Our friend won the silver in 60 -65, 4.5 Category. This was the perfect place to relax. I've been spoiled before, but this was by far the best equipped listing. All communication was answered immediately. The lake with the ducks and geese was nice to wake up to. We requested this unit for spring traing, but it was already taken afterward.

nice and convenient place

this condo has all you ask for to be on vacation. everything is nearby even walk distance ( if you're not lazy lol) . Even buying a new car nearby which I did so . LOL. The owner is flexible and friendly to work things out for my situation which I really appreciate. Some minor suggestions to improve the place. having a tv in each room with a few video online streaming such amazon prime or Netflix and so on (only a few) will be a plus for people who book long term. I will book this property again if opportunities occur.

Condo not what as advertised

We found this condo not equipped for 6 guests as advertised. No where in the leased did it require us to take off our shoes before using the stairs to enter the condo. Having been charged exacerbate fees I would encourage anyone who is thinking about this unit to look around this property for another unit. The property has many advantages, including, walking paths, pool, and wonderful restaurants.

This review is quite disappointing. With regards to shoes on the carpet, as soon as you enter condo there is a shoe rack and a laminated sign asking for shoes to be taken off before entering. The stairs are carpeted entering the condo so common courtesy is to take off your shoes. Regular steam cleaning of the carpets takes place throughout the year so we should not have to have it done after every single guests’ stay. We try to be as thorough as possible in the terms of the lease, but cannot cover all points that should be common sense, for example, not to leave sink running if it is plugged. We emailed our guests our concerns after our cleaning lady went in and said to respond if they had any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, they chose to give us a bad review first instead of giving us the opportunity to address their concerns and try and work with us. Our over 50 reviews speak for themselves. The condo has relaxing seating for definitely more than 6 people if you had guests over. We have had many parties of 6 stay at our condo with no complaints. We have 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The kitchen area seats 7 guests. We heard no complaints from these guests the whole week they stayed with us and accommodated their flooding our toilet too by having to call a plumber. We encourage communication and quickly respond to any guests’ comments or concerns. We agree you will truly enjoy our condo, all the close amenities and the beautiful surroundings.

Nice Property

This is a great property with all the amenities you'll need. Very clean and neat and we enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The downstairs neighbors in the apartment beneath this one are very sensitive to noises, so keep that in mind if you have young kids.
