Great communication with host. The property was clean and well organized. There was even a nice little snack basket for us upon our arrival. The only missing item was soap in the showers, easily solved with a quick run to the store.

Great Stay

We had a small misunderstanding with the host at check-in, which led to my family needing to get a hotel the first night. But once we got settled in, the stay was great! The host was friendly, the place was very clean and comfortable. She even had condiments, coffee, and all the little things you usually forget—there was a lot to work with in the kitchen. Just a heads-up: this is a second-floor unit located on the opposite side of the parking lot.

Great Stay

Myself and my 2 teenage sons had a great stay. The condo was clean and very spacious. Very good communication from the owner. Complex is nice and has a pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Middle Mesa

We booked our trip for wife’s sisters wedding. Having family from Chandler, Maricopa, Florence and Phoenix this condo in Mesa was a perfect location just in the middle of everywhere we needed to be.Paula responded to all questions we had (first time using VRBO) immediately with no hesitation. Inside the condo was very homey and had all of the things we needed to cook family meals along with maintaining a sense of normalcy/routine for our girls.We would 100% stay at this condo again on our next trip back to see family.

Great Stay

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it suited us perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything that we could have needed. The communication was excellent and the owner went above and beyond for us. If you wish to stay in this corner of the Phoenix area, I would highly recommend this rental.

Very Relaxing_Home Away from Home

The condo was clean, tidy organized and felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. There was ample space and our host responded to our questions within a timely manner. The grounds were clean and had no problems finding a parking space in the evening. The community is very clean, quiet and close to amities. We will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Spot!

Paula’s condo is amazing to say the least! The location is really great (unless you wanna spend a lot of time on Phoenix proper, it’s bit easy for that) for all things Mesa and the surrounding cities! The condo is laid out really nicely for the kids to have their own space and the center area is really nice! The little deck adds a fantastic touch as well! Paula really does a.stellar job of stocking the place and helping it feel very welcoming! The condo has two pools that are amazing and provide a couple options! It was a huge hit! The parking can be tricky if your picky or entitled but for most people it’s pretty pleasant and provides a nice stroll (we got the closest spot to the condo more than 60% of the time)!All said this place is great for a small family and we loved it!!!

Paula’s Perfect Condo

We were coming to AZ for my daughter’s soccer national playoffs. Instead of staying in a hotel for 5 days, we decided to find a condo to stay. We rented Paula’s condo and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Easy communication and plenty of space for 4 of us. We loved having access to a kitchen and the laundry. It was nice to be in a gated property where we knew we would be safe. There was a lot to go to around the condo as well as easy access to the expressway to go where we needed to.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay at Paula's property was great. Everything was neat and clean. There were snacks and drinks upon arrival. The pool at the facility was excellent and well kept. Paula even had some pool toys for my kids to play with. My only complaint is that the condo is located right next to a busy road, and we heard the traffic pretty late into the night. The condo complex itself was great.

Great location and host

Love Coyote Landing and this condo! The location is great. The condo is very homey and well taken care of. Very clean and was stocked with all the essentials including bathroom essentials (i.e. shampoo, soaps, hair dryer) which is a big plus. Paula was an excellent host and extremely accommodating to our needs. We would 100% stay here again!
