Sandtrap is located less than half mile to private beach in historic Hyannis Park! This fully renovated Cape Ranch style home has all of the amenities you will need for a perfect Cape Cod vacation! Beaches, Marina, Ferry Terminals, Golfing, Downtown Shopping, Restaurants all within minutes away. Play mini golf and have an ice cream at Putter's Paradise just 50 yards away after a day of fun in the sun at the beach. Jump on the Ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for a day trip! Or, get on a fishing charter, go whale watching, kayak on Bass River or one of our many other launchings, bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and you won't want to miss out on a harbor cruise and see the Kennedy Compound as well as other famous homes along the Hyannis Port Harbor. Venture down to Truro Winery and Provincetown to take in more of our treasured National Seashore and wonderful boutique shopping!
Beach chairs, beach cart and beach towels provided! Important, the maximum permitted occupancy for Sandtrap is 6.

The house was very cute, clean, in a great location, and perfect for our Cape vacation. We were on the move most of the time (baseball camp, beach, etc.) and the location was very convenient to get to anywhere we needed to be.

This was an amazing property and everyone enjoyed their stay. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to the little beach at the end of the road as well as right into Hyannis. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful cottage for our Cape Cod stay! The host was prompt with communication and so very friendly! The house was exactly what was stated and beautiful!The beds were comfortable and clean. We will definitely book it again and again!

We enjoyed our 5 day/night stay at the adorable Sandtrap. The house is homey and full of light which adds to a cheerful atmosphere. Full functioning kitchen, cozy living room and comfortable beds. Mary is very accommodating with her being on site. She is a very friendly and kind. We will definitely visit again.

Property was beautifully maintained and very comfortable for our four day stay. Our hostess was a pleasure to deal with and got back to me promptly when I asked any question. Would highly recommend renting this property to anyone looking to sleep more than a few people. Location was great!!

This was the cutest cottage! We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our family. The neighborhood is very quiet and it’s a short drive to the harbor for dining and boat excursions. We really enjoyed the sunset cruise with live music. The host is exceptional. We would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home Mary has! We loved the decor, attention to detail, fully stocked kitchen supplies and sweet little private yard. There were plenty of beds, linens, etc and the house had just what we needed for our quick stay on the Cape. Thank you Mary! We’d love to come back :).

This was a great location with access to an excellent little beach in the harbor. The beach even gets some nice shade in the evenings--as it got dark, we didn't want to leave! I originally booked a few days with my sister to celebrate her upcoming wedding with a just-us-girls' trip, and then added a couple more days for my husband and 5yo to join, and the house was perfect for all of it. The docks are close by for catching the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for the day. The nearby downtown area has great shopping and restaurants. Chowder and fried oysters at Black Cat were a must for us, and so incredible, and we also ended up eating at Spanky's Clam Shack twice. The hosting was fantastic as well!

Mary was a terrific host- very attentive and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location on the Cape- a short drive to a lot of great beaches, attraction, and shopping. This was a great spot for a girl's weekend!

Mary’s house is a gem. Super clean, comfortable beds and really close to so many beaches. Mary was also very prompt when we asked her a couple of questions. We wish we stayed longer.

This house was absolutely adorable and super convenient to many places on the cape. All beds were comfortable and there were all kinds of extra conveniences like coffee, creamer, shampoo, Qtips and medicine stocked for guests. I would definitely go here again and recommend to anyone. Very impressed!

Great BFF trip

The cottage was very welcoming and cozy. We had everything we needed for relaxed evenings after days of sightseeing and shopping. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely enjoy staying again next year.

Amazing Cape Stay!

We loved staying at the Sandtrap. Mary is incredibly communicative and helpful. The house is perfect for a family. We had a wonderful time exploring the Cape, playing mini golf, eating ice cream and making memories as a family. The neighborhood beach was especially our favorite as it was quaint and close by and perfect for our little ones. Highly recommend staying at Mary’s charming Sandtrap!

From the start to finish communication was excellent. The house is so cute and charming! Super clean and the attention to all the needs while visiting were met! The kitchen, beautifully renovated. Appliances so clean again the attention to detail surpasses all my expectations! The location was excellent.. easy to get anywhere on the Cape. We enjoyed our stay! And blessed with great weather!

Perfect Getaway

My family and I had such a nice time at the Sandtrap! Mary was helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Very pretty home and backyard! Fantastic location. A total plus for me were all the kitchen gadgets and appliances. Super comfy beds, too! All in all a great place to stay.

Great stay

Mary’s house was fantastic and in a great location. The house is very cheery and the backyard is divine to sit in. Mary was very communicative and check-in was easy. She was also very helpful with giving feedback as to where to go.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with every amenity as advertised. Great location near everything. Mary's very responsive and pleasure to deal and chat with. Plenty of room and space for our party of 6 adults and 2 infants. Immaculate backyard with adorable picnic table area for outdoor eating. Definitely recommend The Sandtrap for your stay.

From just North of Boston, I am a true "Washashore" here on Cape Cod. I traveled for 30 plus years all over the US and many other places for business, but my heart still flies lighter once I cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Cape Cod. Sandtrap was once my "go to" second home, but now is my year-round landing spot! I am outgoing and enjoy meeting new people, but also mindful of my guests' privacy as I expect for myself. I am committed to providing the best visits for all of my guests and strive to address any need or concerns quickly!

Historic Hyannis Park is a seaside family neighborhood with our own beach less than half mile at the end of the street, and so much more very close by; ferry terminals, local shopping, dining, major travel routes, airport, other wonderful beaches, golf, kayaking and so much more. The location is just terrific!

Beautiful landscaping, large private fenced in yard with expansive deck and sunroom. Less than 50 yards to mini golf course and ice cream and all other beaches and hot spots, yet still a quiet respite.
