The Space:

Stay among the nautical colors and beachy decor at Sailor’s Spirit. This two story home, located in beautiful West Yarmouth, welcomes you in with its inviting exterior. Follow the shell driveway right to the entry by the arched garage door.



Once you enter Sailor’s Spirit, guests can either step to their left into the formal dining room, or enter right into the renovated eat-in kitchen, complete with second dining table and stainless steel appliances. Head up the staircase straight ahead to the second floor of this comfortable home, where you will find two of the three bedrooms in this home. Upstairs to the right, relax on the two twin beds or seating area of one of the bedrooms, or if bigger beds sound better, head over to the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed.



Back downstairs, lounge in the living room, housing built in shelves with a Smart TV, plenty of natural light, and views of both the front and back yards. Step under the archway out of the living room to the backyard, giving you privacy and seclusion for your stay. Eat out back on the outdoor dining table, or fall asleep under the stars in the cozy hammock. Then officially call it a night in the primary bedroom, located on the first floor, right across from a bathroom with a great large shower.



Other amenities include a washer and dryer, outdoor shower, propane grill, and easy access to Englewood Beach. Awaken your inner sailor, and enjoy your Cape Cod vacation, at a Sailor’s Spirit.

The neighborhood was so nice and so close to the beach. We did have a couple of issues with the house but the property manager responded quickly.One thing I suggest is that the description should not say fenced in yard. One side was open so we were unable to let our dog loose in the yard and we did not bring a long lead due to that.

Great house, easy walk to small local beach which was perfect. Great layout for a family. spent a wonderful weekend here. The yard is not fully fenced in - just something to be aware of with kids or pets.

It would have been nice to have hangers in the closet,( we bought some & left for the next guest). There were no dressers in the upstairs bedrooms, there was 1 very small one in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen lacking some key essentials

Overall, this was a great rental and we really enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family of four nicely, and the location is its best feature—we loved being able to walk to so many beaches.The home itself was spacious, but there were a few things we wished had been better maintained. The backyard (a big selling point for us) was mostly dry dirt patches and not well cared for. The king mattress in the first-floor bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, and many of the rugs and chair cushions were heavily stained, which was unpleasant and something the owners may want to consider replacing.On the positive side, Del Mar was very responsive. They offered to come clean the stained items and quickly replaced a blender for us when the one provided wasn’t working.We would probably return to this rental if the mattress gets an update

Charming place and neighborhood very conveniently located to nice beach. Six adults and 2 infants found it spacious and comfortable. Good complement of amenities. Backyard private and equiped with seating and grill. Air conditioning worked well downstairs and upstairs

Lovely cottage with in a restful neighborhood

The cottage was comfortable and clean. There was a maintenance issue that was taken care of by the property manager right away. Everyone that we interacted with was helpful and professional. The house was beautiful, in a great neighborhood (lovely and away from heavy traffic), and a fantastic base of operations for our Cape Cod vacation.

Lovely cape escape

Everything about our stay was wonderful and stress free. The property was Exactly what we were looking for to gather with our friends and explore Cape Cod. It had everything we needed - and more. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to see and the home was on a quiet street and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach/nautical decor, the rooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well stocked - it even had a lobster pot and claw crackers! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.
