This was not an intentional double booking, but a rare Vrbo calendar synchronization issue where a prior reservation did not properly reflect in the system. Once identified, we alhave since implemented additional monitoring measures to help prevent this from happening again.

We take cleanliness and guest safety extremely seriously, which is why your comments were surprising given the condition in which the property was left after checkout, including blood and bodily fluid staining that required specialized sanitization and replacement procedures. For that reason, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that the property was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. We also note that these concerns were raised only after the damage claim regarding the stained bedding was communicated through Vrbo, and as such, we believe portions of this review may be retaliatory in nature. As with any home, occasional weather-related noise can occur during severe storms, but no structural or safety issues were present during the stay.
