This is by far the cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed in, not a speck of dust found. Went up with six friends for a golf outing. Location was perfect because we where 10 minutes from the course. The place was extremely clean and meet all our needs. Perfect location to explore the area!

The cabin and it's grounds were perfect for our extended family. Lots of outside space for games, the fire pit was easy and safe to use, and the deer watching was magical. We had some rainy, cold nights, so we enjoyed and watching the Olympics !

Great place to stay in the Lakewood area. Clean & organized. Bathroom in the garage worked out great. There was room for more but was the right size for 4 adults & 3 young children. Large fire pit was nice, but seating area needs to be upgraded.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our stay at this Lakewood, WI cabin was wonderful. The cabin is modern, well maintained, and super clean. The kitchen is one of the best stocked with appliances and utensils of any VRBO I've rented. The location was perfect for our family. A very private lot with lots of room outside for the kids to run, a huge parking area, and a great fire pit. In the late afternoon the deer would wander through. We were a short drive to a beach with shallow water for the kids to play. The golf course, grocery store, and town are all less than 10 minutes away. Steve, the host, was readily available for any questions we had. This was one of the best family vacations we've had.

I live in and am from Green Bay. I have worked my whole life as an electrician, and am nearing retirement. Myself and my family built this cabin in 1997, and have spent many, many weekends up north enjoying Wheeler Lake, Hunting, and ATVing. I look forward to sharing my amazing property and allowing other families to make memories like mine has made over the years.

Why they chose this property

I bought this lot back in 1989, with the intention of building a cabin on it. For the first 8 years, we had a small trailer parked on the lot, prior to building. We loved the privacy of this area and the proximity to the lake, and town of Lakewood.

What makes this property unique

You will have a hard time finding a property that gives you the privacy of no direct neighbors, the space to move around, and the close proximity to the lake, the trails, hunting, fishing, and the forest. With cabins on the lake, you lose the privacy and space and are typically really close to neighbors.
