Situé à seulement 60 pieds de la plage sans routes à traverser! Obtenez une vue sur l'océan de presque toutes les pièces de la maison pour un prix semi-océanique!

Le niveau du sol de la maison comprend une immense salle de jeux avec table de billard et table de ping-pong, un coin salon, une chambre avec salle de bain complète et une terrasse avec bain à remous.

Le deuxième niveau de la maison a une chambre principale avec salle de bain complète. 2 chambres avec une salle de bain complète Jack et Jill, une grande buanderie et une vue sur la mer de deux des chambres!

Le niveau supérieur de la maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert et est incroyablement léger et lumineux. La maison a été professionnellement décorée par Daniels Homeport! La cuisine est grande et ouverte et donne sur la salle à manger et la salle familiale. Profitez de la cheminée à gaz, de la grande terrasse extérieure avec une vue fabuleuse sur l’océan et des sièges. Les enfants peuvent être bruyants en bas dans la salle de jeux pendant que vous profitez d'une vue paisible du soir sur le pont supérieur! Ne laisse pas Fido rater le plaisir, amène-le aussi!

Autres équipements: réveils, fer et planche à repasser, service interurbain gratuit, moniteur pour bébé, siège d'appoint, table de conversion de ping-pong et 6 télévisions par câble.

Avec tout cela, et à seulement 30 secondes de marche de la plage, rien ne peut être mieux.

Rez-de-chaussée: Salle de jeux avec table de billard et salon, chambre principale avec pyramide (salle de bains commune avec salle de jeux - l'entrée de la salle de bains est dans la chambre et une autre porte est située dans la salle de loisirs), véranda extérieure et douche fermée, bain à remous.

Niveau intermédiaire: Chambre Queen avec salle de bain commune et accès à la terrasse, Chambre Queen avec salle de bain commune, Chambre principale Queen avec accès à la terrasse, laveuse et sécheuse.

Niveau supérieur: Salon avec foyer au gaz, accès au porche et à la terrasse. Salle à manger, cuisine, demi-salle de bain.

While the house is a little dated- overall our stay was amazing. House was very clean and check in process while quick and painless. Ideal location for kids, just a few feet from the beach.

Nice house-- little to no beach access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. We had issue with a bedroom tv that did not work and Beach Rental addressed the issue quickly. The dining table was dirty and sticky and floors were sandy so it appears not cleaned very well. We do not think the hot tub was cleaned during the week as there was sand in the bottom when we got there and it was there all week. Only 1 person in our party used it and did so in the evening (after shower and dinner). Have been coming to OBX for 15+ years and hot tub was always cleaned during our visit. The binder instruction guides for thermostats and tvs was missing all of the tv pages so it took a while to figure tv out. We had no beach access due to erosion There was a 5 ft drop at the top of the entrance. A neighbor told us it had been that way for over a month. It would have been nice if we were advised of this issue before arriving. We had to drive to a public beach access area several miles up the road and even those areas had very limited space because waves were in so far. We did like the house but will not be returning to S Nags Head again due to little/no beach. We were a group of 3 60+ old and there was no way we could have gotten down to or back up from the beach located by the house safely.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The BU was a great place for us to vacation. It is very well-appointed, with ample kitchen appliances and gadgets, a comfortable great room and rec room, and bedrooms with updated beds and furniture. One of the best things about this rental is the location. From the top floor, it is easy to see the ocean, and if you have the windows open, you can hear the surf. You cannot hear the beach road at all! The owners have also supplied the house with sand toys, beach chairs, puzzles, and games. We were very happy with our choice and hope to return another year.

There was plenty of space & it included everything we needed. The location to the beach was awesome. We could set up for the day & go back & forth if needed.We were close to Bodie Island lighthouse, a quick ride to Manteo & golf in Nags Head.I would recommend this house for a small family!

This house is very nice! The location is perfect and the house had many kid friendly things. It was not the cleanest when we arrived but a swiffer fixed the issue. The pool/ping pong table got quite the workout! Overall it was a great place for the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the beach. The BU was a really nice house. We loved how close to the beach it was. Some suggestions are to put a dish rack in the kitchen. The master bedroom tv did not work (Both not a big problem). There was a plastic cup with cigarette butts on the second level deck that was gross wish it was cleaned up prior to visit. The kitchen was well supplied and excellent. Beds were very good. All in all it was a great week.

NICE PLACE

Beautiful home and in a great location. Access to the beach was easy. I will say that this is not the place to stay if you have a physical problem that makes climbing stairs difficult. The kitchen is on the top floor. The top floor provides amazing sunrise views.

Perfection Locaton for Kids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year renting The BU and we have aleady signed up for next year, too. The location is everything to us - access to the beach is steps away, view of ocean from the deck is awesome, and it's not that far from Fishheads. The cottage is always clean, neat, and well-stocked. Our family loves the downstairs area; once the little ones are tucked away, we spend the rest of the evening playing pool and hot tubbing! Highly recomond, especially familes with small children.

A Wonderful Location, House, and View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had such an amazing time in January with my husband and dog. The house could use a bit of paint on the outside, but inside it is well cared for, well stocked, and above our expectations. Highly recommend. The downside was our hot tub broke down repeatedly. It seemed to be an odd situation, as it kept coming on and off intermittently.The first time, maintenance came out and it was working within hours. The second time, maintenance never came to our knowledge. By later the following day, it was up and running again. Wish we could have enjoyed it our last day, though.

We had I issue & it was addressed by Bonnie thank you! Parking is limited they say 4 cars but only 3 could fit on the driveway, overall very pleased.
