Enjoy your own private, waterfront paradise! Sunset Cove Retreat is an exquisitely beautiful 2.5 acre, gated property right on the gulf of Mexico in Key Largo, which has 5 cottages with 12 bedrooms and 9 baths. We sleep a total of 36 guests on site.

Bring the family, or host a corporate event, bachelorette party, or wellness retreat! This property is also ideal for private beach weddings up to 200 guests (additional wedding site fees required. See below *). The sunsets off our beaches are incredible! We also have 11 slips, providing dockage for multiple boats, plus free paddle boards and kayaks.

Located in the heart of Key Largo, this one-of-a-kind property is also close to all major tourist attractions, like John Pennekamp Park, swim with dolphin programs, sport fishing, diving, fine dining and shopping. Included in the rental are kayaks and paddle boards, and we're pet friendly, so bring your fur babies!

TREETOPS – 1 bdrm (king)/1 bath + pull-out sofa = sleeps 4
DECKHOUSE – 2 bdrms (queens)/2 baths + pull-out sofa = sleeps 6
BANANA CABANA – 2 bdrms (queens)/1 bath + pull-out sofa = sleeps 6
BAYHOUSE– 3 bdrm (queens)/2 baths + pull out sofa = sleeps 8
TROPICASA – 4 bdrms (kings)/3 baths + pull out sofa and 2 rollaway beds = sleeps 12

* Some of our beds are convertible. They separate into 2 singles to give our guests the most flexibility for sleeping arrangements

Each cottage is just yards from the beach, and most have water views. Our pier is great for fishing or just watching the sunsets, and we have hammocks, tiki huts, and a sandy, swimmable beach that slopes gently into the water.

If your event or family gathering requires a chef, we have one on site, or you're welcome to bring in your own caterer and other vendors for entertainment.

You really can't find a more beautiful property in the Florida Keys!

*Private wedding/event site fees (for up to 200 guests): Weekend (Thur-Mon) $10,000 Midweek (Mon-Thur) $5000.

Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. You may reserve the dates and the site fee will be added. Balance due 90 days prior to the event. 200 guests max. We also offer elopements and microweddings for up to 50 guests from $350 - $5000. Please inquire.
