Key Largo Three Level Townhouse on the Ocean Side, great amenities and two pools

Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.

This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

Friends getaway to the Keys

Home was very welcoming, clean, and had everything you could need for a weekend in the Keys (towels, sunscreen, few chairs, plenty of cooking supplies, more than the kitchen necessities, blankets etc.) The neighborhood was pretty and very safe. Walk to the jetty was pleasant, but be prepared for mosquitos anywhere on property near the lagoon.

We really enjoyed our time in the property. It was nice to have the main floor as our central hang out location but then the ability to have bedrooms on the top and bottom floors. The home had everything we needed.
