House was great, very short walk or bike ride to shopping, beach, food!! Great location and it’s was nice to have the upper house with everything you need and a lower house with everything you need including everybody having their own spaces! The pool was a bonus for after the beach!

Very nice property. It was nice having two separate areas with an upstairs and a downstairs. This would be great for families who have family members that have difficulty with stairs as there is a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom downstairs, which would allow them to still be part of everything

Perfect teen spring break location

This was a great setup for putting kids downstairs and adults up. Close enough to walk and/or bike to everything we wanted to do and close to the beach!

Great house and amazing location

We loved staying on Dogwood and hope to be back next summer! Perfect location just a few houses from the beach made it easy for us to walk to our chairs each day and loved the bike rides into seaside square!! The pool is shaded and refreshing after a day at the beach! Great space for two families to share! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect 30A Stay!

This house and location was perfect for a girls trip to 30A!!! The house was the perfect amount of space for what we needed. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk over to Seaside, which was perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful and clean home. Location is excellent. Beach approach is so close, bikes are so convenient. We never got the check in code and eventually had to call the office to get the code once the check in time past. She texted it to me but the house had been clean and ready earlier. We had driven by it hoping to be able to get in early. The house is 2 separate residences so plan your sleeping arrangements accordingly. The poor alarm on the door is annoying but we figured it out.

I'm sorry that the check‑in codes were not sent until right at 4pm. Although the home was clean, we had a couple of last‑minute items to finish up with the dryer and the fence gate, and we wanted to make sure everything was fully ready for you. I know it’s never fun to wait when you’re excited to get settled in, and I appreciate your patience. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and would love to welcome you back next time you’re on 30A.

We had a great time. A few things happened since they just renovated but the management staff were very quick to respond. Excellent week!

We had a couple moms/daughters stay at this property, and really enjoyed it! It’s comfortable, light and bright, and had everything we needed for our stay. Love the proximity to the beach access as well as Seaside stores and restaurants, but the house was quiet. One thing that would help in the upstairs primary bedroom are better curtains over the bed - the neighboring house has a porch light that shines right into the room. But the bed was so comfy regardless! Loved this house!

Great stay

Great stay but the only thing that we did not like was that the gravel road in and out was in bad shape. Pot holes all over filled with water so I had to cklean cakes of gravel dust from my wheel wells. Not the house issue, just the street issue.

We understand the frustration you experienced in having to clean your vehicle after your stay - old Seagrove is known for its original roads and original houses. We feel that the unique charm of this home is the natural elements that are organic to Seagrove such as the canopy of trees and unpaved road. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused but we hope to host you back on 30A again soon!

Close to all

Very clean and roomy. Walk to everything! Only thing was I missed in the description that the upstairs and downstairs were not connected. My fault but perhaps should be more prominent in the listing. Also, they only leave one key but you can ask for an extra which we did. Oh, and when they say checkout is at 9 you better be ready! Great stay!
