Make everlasting memories at this unique and beautiful lake home. This fully renovated home has tremendous views from the inside and out! You will not want to miss the sunset from here! You also have your own private dock with a boat slip just a few steps away in the backyard! You are only 5 min away from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester. There is also a gas station with a bait/tackle shop next door that you can easily walk to in less than 30 seconds for unbelievable convenience.

This is a beautifully renovated home right on the lake and is centrally located in Winchester. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room, sunroom and kitchen are very open and have breathtaking views!

Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in mid-April During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. You can still go to the waters edge to fish, swim, or use the paddle boards.

The private dock is a short walk away in the backyard and is accessible by water ONLY from Memorial Day to the end of September since it is not on year around water.

This house at the very beginning of an older but well kept neighborhood close to twin Creeks and the square.

You have parking in a driveway on both sides of the home.

You will get to experience great lake views and unbelievable sunset views from this property. There is a road between you and part of the lake behind the privacy fence.

I stayed for a long weekend with some girlfriends and our kids. There were 10 of us and more than enough room. The access to the dock was perfect, we rented a boat one day and were able to pull right up and get everyone. The lake is lovely. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this house. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. The backyard is flat, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Our kids loved the firepit and hot tub. It was so convenient to come back from a lake day and know that the kids had plenty of room to play safely outside. The private dock is steps away from the backyard. We took our boat and had the best time. This house will be at the top of our list when we come back next year!

Lovely stay overlooking the lake!

This house was just perfect for our family, with lots of room, comfy big beds & 3 full baths! This is a lovely remodeled home in a very convenient location close to the Square at Winchester. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and also the outdoor area and hot tub. We didn’t have time to use the dock this year, but would recommend a pontoon boat rental! There are paddle boards and they have plenty of life jackets and beach towels. The lake was serene, a great place to stay.

We had a great time at the Hawks Nest! Wonderful house for family and couples gatherings. Kids loved fishing off the dock with Papa, we all enjoyed gathering around the big table for games and meals.
