Lake House with Golf Cart

Completed in 2021! Welcome to the "No Wake Zone!". Whether you're looking for fun and adventure or a quiet, relaxing vacation, you will find it in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath house that is a 3 minute golf cart ride to the lake. Golf cart included! The main floor boasts an open floor plan with a king master bedroom with private bath and a queen bedroom with TV and detached bath. Enjoy relaxing or watching the big game on our back porch with a tv, custom built bar table, and fireplace. Also, not shown in the pictures yet, we have added a kitchen table to the kitchen, which has all of your cooking supplies. Upstairs you will find a loft with a small futon couch and television. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a TV. There is also a full bathroom. Down the back stairs you will find a new Weber grill, a golf cart, cornhole boards, other games, and two single kayaks for your use. Take the golf cart down the private path to the Blue Gill Marina, where you will find a seasonal restaurant with fabulous food and weekend live music. They also have great boat rentals year round. Then take a hike on the private hiking trail to the community fire pit.

Wow! A great experience at a very clean and convenient location, as long as you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of town and convenient to the enjoyment of lake life! The beds were very comfortable, they provided plenty of linens, and give so much advice on ways to enjoy the lake. The golf cart included was a game changer. We loved everything about this accommodation and will be back very soon!!!
The dock and Bluegill Grill, at the bottom of the cart path!

Would highly recommend staying at this property. Everything was just as advertised. The house was very clean and the host made sure our group had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.

Great stay away from home.

Home is amazing. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Was there visiting from Alabama with my family for Thanksgiving. Katrina is very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

perfect little getaway

The house fit our needs perfectly! We couldn’t get the outdoor fireplace to work BUT we never contacted owners for help either so it was no big deal. The house was clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

Great family home

Our entire family LOVED this place! The layout of the home is brilliant. All the bedrooms are separated giving that little extra privacy and quiet space. The beds themselves were SOOO comfortable!! We spent most of our time on the back porch and taking our son for golf cart rides. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with super friendly people. Katrina was a gracious host and provided us with everything our family needed. I wouldnt hesitate to book this place again for our family!

Wonderful vacation stay!

We loved the home! Very clean, and room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. We were able to fix food with no problem. Nice coffee pot, and toaster, microwave. Back porch couch, is not very comfortable. Fireplace was great! Also plenty of TV’s for the rainy days we had. Lake and marina are beautiful, and golf cart was super! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Celebrating a birthday and Family time

Had a wonderful stay with family celebrating birthday of our daughter and hanging out with family and friends at the lake. The weather was perfect and the home was perfect! Very clean and spacious! Had 3 adult children and plenty of room with great porch and tv to watch the ball games. Golf cart was great to get up and down the path to the lake and marina where we enjoyed Dickel Drops and dinner one night. Thanks Katrina for the sweet gift card and note to our daughter for her birthday! Above and beyond as a hostess! We brought our own kayaks and were able to put in at the marina and do some fishing. Great home and would love to stay here next time we visit Tims Ford Lake!

The house was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and extra outdoor furniture and games. The golf cart was a bonus! We kept our boat in a slip at the marina at the end of the walking/golf cart path which is very steep and would have been difficult to walk with small children. Check in was simple and the owner of the property was very prompt replying to all inquiries. The street was quiet with everyone driving slowly so the kids could ride their bikes safely. We hope to be back again!!

Beautiful home on the lake

We stayed here while our son was participating in a collegiate water ski tournament. Super nice place. Our group was all over 50 and one of us is on a walked. The access is great. Home is brand new and they thought of everything you would need to cook a meal inside or out. Great patio with fireplace. Only thing I would change was the crazy weather.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a super cute neighborhood. The owners were so easy to communicate with, the house was spotless, our kids enjoyed riding in the golf cart down to the marina and playing with the foosball coffee table. It is a little far out from town and no food delivery services come out the area, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Hosts

From our very first contact, our hosts were eager to exceed expectations! From directions to dining recommendations, Our hosts on top of everything! The house is lovely and we felt very comfortable. Great to have the golf cart to be able to go take a look at the marina. I brought my teenager with me who especially enjoyed the outside fireplace. We travel often and so I will tell you with experience that this was one of the best experiences with a rental we have ever had. Looks like I will have some business to do in the area and this will be my first choice for accommodations. It’s great to be able to do business and have a comfortable setting for my teen as well.
