Family Getaway; 4 Adult Children and 2 Plus Ones

To keep our annual family summer vacations going with 4 adult single children, we fly to a warm beach destination with golf. This property was ideal for us. It was elevated offering a resort feeling, with areas for our group to gather and catch up in a relaxed setting. Everyone could go out on their own or stay with the group to snorkel, golf, go to the spa, or out to dinners. Delcia, the resident housekeeper, is charismatic and warm. Her meals were so delicious that we looked forward to each family meal with anticipation.

The Best Stay!

We fully enjoyed our time at Villa Ibiza Cana! I definitely recommend! Jenny was an amazing Host and the concierge was very helpful with getting us transportation and groceries! Our house keeper was just perfect and she made us great restaurant style meals! The villa is better than the picture and close to all the spots we went 
 I cannot wait to book again!

We regret staying here.

The only pro of the property is the housemaid, Julianna, who was wonderful.Cons:Inundated by mosquitos despite bug sprays in the main pool/hangout area, we had to escape to our bedrooms for relief.Shower had a low water pressure with only 5 minutes of hot water. We had to wait hours to get hot water for brief minutes again. Our children were literally begging to skip shower because the water was cold.House is in a community but no amenities. Nothing is in walking distance. There's no way to go to a grocery store without calling a ride which costs 59 USD each way. Grocery store is a nightmare of crowds. Uber Eats takes 1-2 hours for any delivery and requires a QR code which is difficult and time consuming to acquire.Wifi is very sketchy and only worked in certain square feet of the house and only at certain times. Kids were piled up in one room just to get slow wifi on their tablets, and communication with house manager was difficult due to wifi limits.Unlike hotel concierge, the one provided by the house manager takes a commission for themselves. Every reservation was more than if I arranged them. Even the one arranged by them didn't work out - we were never picked up for dinner.There were no bed sheets in the main bedroom, and we had to sleep on a mattress protector. We asked for blankets and received a hospital-type blanket. We made one complaint and quickly met with aggression from the house manager.

Home Away From Home

The home is beautiful! Jenny is great with communicating and wants you to truly enjoy your stay. Ailiah keeps the home clean and is a GREAT cook! The home is exactly like the pictures with some wear and tear from renters who chose not to treat this house better than their own. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, Jenny & Ailiah were amazing to me and my family, and I would stay here again.

Great property; Not the best location

The house came as advertised - very comfortable and clean and the concierge was helpful. Two of us played the Cocotal golf course and really enjoyed it. We didn't love the location, as we didn't want to just stay around the house. Don't rent a golf cart! You can really only use them within the gated community - not safe/legal to run them along the main road. We were told because it was high season, that we could not return the two golf carts we had rented, a costly mistake! There is not much in the community other than a small corner store and coffee shop near the front gates. The concierge subsequently assisted us with renting an SUV for our group, which was much more practical. Even then, accessing the beach was challenging, given how the all inclusive resorts take up the majority of the coast in that area. There are very few public access points and finding parking is challenging. We had success at Bibijagua market (parked on a side street for free), which is located down the road from the gas station near the entry to the Barcelo Bavaro. Otherwise, Jellyfish Restaurant was excellent and you can park in their lot if you are eating there or using their beach club area. Having the maid was somewhat awkward. She kept things tidy but odd to have her around, as she has little to do most of the time - and tended to often be on speaker phone with friends (a bit noisy). She cooked one meal for us, but took some effort given we don't speak Spanish.

Great villa with everything you need!

Very attentive staff and concierge options. The live-in housekeeper is super nice and helpful. Good location for attractions. Very comfortable, perfect for our group of 5. Pool is so convenient and we even got massages. I would go back!

Birthday getaway

My friend Reena really enjoyed the dinner Dilsea cooked for her for her birthday. The concierge helped us book whatever we wanted and was very accomodating to changing plans. The house is equipped with everything and is gorgeous and spacious.

Best place ever!!!

We will always stay at this home when we come back. Jenny was amazing, showed up to give us a tour, was very understanding. House is beautiful on here but in person was breathtaking. Delicia (maid) was Amazing, from keeping the house clean, set up the dinner/breakfast table, assisting us with everything we needed to cooking great meals. Everything she cooked was great. Loved her personality, always smiling and just being great.. great hospitality. You must stay here. Don’t look no further if this house is available around your dates. Very spacious bedrooms all four of them. Everyone has their own bathroom, the pool was cleaned everyday. Thank you for making our couples trip successful.

Birthday experience

Pictures do this property no Justice. Between the very timely and effective communication from Jenny - to the amazing breakfast and lunch provided by Dil. They truly helped make my birthday a special trip. The home is breathtaking. It’s relatively close to just about everything - and the concierge experience that works with this VRBO will help you through all you need.

Family get away

Very clean house and comfortable. Only down fall was that the kitchen needed to update their kitchen supplies as well as the gas grill, as we cooked a lot.

Beautiful house, lovely stay overall

The house itself is gorgeous and nicer than the pictures portray. We traveled over Christmas and New Years with our two daughters, ages 2 and 4. The house was very comfortable and child-friendly. I was very impressed with the concierge service that comes with the house. The concierge was attentive and responsive to our every need, including pre-stocking the house with groceries before we arrived, suggesting restaurants and making reservations, arranging for our transportation, and suggesting and booking activities. They even arranged for an absolutely incredible nanny who came each day to play with and care for our daughters - so my husband and I truly were able to relax! The house itself is well-cared for and the location is easy and close to many activities. We enjoyed facing the golf course, going on walks on the path, and finding the ducks and other birds that live in the ponds right behind the house. Our biggest disappointment with the house is that the pool is not heated and it does not receive direct sunlight, so it was quite cold during our entire stay. We came with the hope and expectation that our daughters would spend quite a bit of time swimming, but we had to change our plans since the pool was too cold for any of us to use. Sadly, we only used it once the entire stay and other times we went to the club house located about a 10 minute walk away or went to the beach club that the concierge arranged for us. Another suggestion I would make to the property owner is to improve the wi-fi in the home. It is very spotty throughout the house and it made working while away difficult, depending on what room of the house you were using. Finally, one thing to be aware of with this house is that they provide you with a small electricity allowance and anything extra will be deducted from your deposit. We were very conscious of our electricity usage - turning off the A/C when we left the room, using the dryer only three or four times during our ten day visit, and using the oven only a handful of times - and we had a bill of $180 to pay at the end of our visit. Overall, this house is great, but be aware of a few improvements the owner could make to change this stay to being truly exceptional.

Amazing Birthday Celebration at an Amazing House!!

This was a surprise 50th birthday celebration for my wife and I couldn't have chosen a better property! The house was spotless and I will agree with others that have stayed at this property, pictures can adequately capture the beauty and essence of this house! The house is on the Cocotal golf course and the backyard view is breathtaking! What truly made this house and our stay special was the service we received from Jenny (Host) and Dilcia (Dil)! Jenny was absolutely amazing even before I got to the property. As there was a lot of planning and coordination required to pull off the surprise, I was in constant contact with Jenny prior to my arrival. Jenny responded almost immediately to the vast majority of my emails and patiently answered all the questions I threw at her. Once we arrived, Jenny warmly greeted us and provided all the necessary details about the house and made sure we were all very comfortable with all areas of the house.. Jenny is an amazing host!! Now, let me get to Dilcia who takes care of the house and on request, prepares meals. I told Dilcia that I wanted her to prepare several meals for us (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including catering the party for my wife. As Jenny suggested, I gave Dil money to buy the necessary groceries and she took over from there. There was a total of 8 of us staying in the house and Dil surprised us each meal with her amazing culinary skills!! I cannot adequately describe how effortlessly she concocted incredible meals with amazing presentation!! Dil became a part of the family during our stay and we were all so sad when we had to leave.. Thank you Jenny/Dil and rest assured, we will be back!!

Looks good in pictures

No hot water, no tv, dirty pool. Person there that was supposed to maintain the place was sleeping most of the time. Shade from one of the windows fell on friends arm bruising it and all they could say was that it came off the rail. Fine print says you have to pay for electric also. Never again

We loved this epic Ibiza styled Villa and the views omg.... !! I will be back and Its listed at 4 bedrooms but actually has 3 bedrooms with a Sofa Bedroom without bathroom. It confused us at first but we were still enjoying and it was our 4th Villa so we made it work perfectly. I definitely recommend staying here its a great Villa. The Master Bedrooms is Amazing!!! Don't fight over it...

Great Stay at a great Home

Fantastic beautiful home on a gorgeous golf course. The outdoor living room was really exotic. And Delicia is helpful, yet out of your way. We looked at other homes in the area both online as well as while we were on vacation. We were very happy with our choice. There is so much to say on so many fronts. PHENOMENAL!!!

I can't stop raving about this property to my family, friends, and co-workers, concerning my wonderful experience. I am busy showing off photos of the property, and have peeked their interest in traveling to Punta Cana to stay at this Villa. Jenny was amazing, professional, and personable. I have traveled to many places worldwide, but my experience here was phenomenal. As an avid golfer, I was blown away on how great the course was managed and it was a major plus of this villa residing on the 5th hole. Aside from the property, Dilcia was always present and waited on me as if I were a king. Coffee in the morning, food at my request, and clean towels and sheets. She was amazing!! Many of my friends were concerned about security. I was proud to report that I felt extremely safe. The Villa is enclosed in a gated community and there were security persons at the gates, at the courses, and constantly walking the property. Concierge service by Gio, was always awaiting my beckoning call for whatever I could fathom needing. Without a doubt, I will be revisiting soon and frequently! Dr. Freddie Wakefield - Atlanta, GA

*Absolutely Perfect*

La experiencia en Punta Cana fue maravillosa gracias a los servicios de transporte y la hermosa villa donde nos quedamos. Cuando llegamos habĂ­a alguien esperĂĄndonos en el aeropuerto para transportarnos a la Villa Ibiza. A mĂ­ esposo y a mi nos encantĂł la villa!!! Pudimos celebrar nuestro matrimonio en ese hermoso lugar. Todo es muy lindo una vista hermosa, muy limpio y tranquilo. Nos sentimos bien atendidos y pudimos disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad que buscĂĄbamos, Delcia nos sorprendiĂł con platillos tĂ­picos de la regiĂłn y una sazĂłn maravillosa, y Jenny fue muy atenta y servicial siempre nos respondiĂł de inmediato cuando la necesitamos... Muchas gracias a las dos y esperamos volver!!! Daniela
