Beachfront! The WOW factor as soon as you enter the door. This stunning, modern, totally renovated three bedroom, three bathroom condo has it all. You are first line on the beach. Hear the ocean, feel the breeze. It doesnt get any better than this. Third floor Penthouse...which means you have a HUGE rooftop terrace with tropical thatched Palapa roof and twinkling lights for ambience in the evening. The rooftop comes complete with BBQ, Bar area including drinks fridge,dining area, and Balanese Bed to relax day or night.
On the main floor, you have a commercial grade kitchen, laundry pantry area, beautiful dining living area with patio doors opening up to a covered balcony with breakfast/dining to enjoy overlooking the beach and ocean. Stunning inside and out! This is new to our portfolio (July 2023) And we are so excited to share it with you

Our host, liz, was fantastic. Easily the best host I have ever had in my experience with VRBO. Our unit was excellent. Well designed, clean, and comfortable. And best of all an amazing view of the beach. Highly recommend.

The host was amazing! The beach location had potential to be amazing. We couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the seaweed and the awful smell. The only negatives about the property itself were lack of a door for any type of privacy in the bathroom for one of the bedrooms and the bed in that same room was awful. It made awful noises every time you moved. That made for some sleepless nights.

Overall good stay, stocked well. restaurants on beach very good, location to outside town restaurants good and a food store.Room location was little loud with bar music and workers but we were up late and early anyway.Ubers easy to get. Seaweed was a problem but that was an act of nature, just ubered to different beaches. Tours on beach not up to pair, research others.Host very nice and informative!

Beautiful condo with tons of space and all the upgrades!

Our family stayed here for a week and absolutely loved everything about this unit. The appliances were top notch and the owner included tons of the important things to make you feel at home. Liz welcomed us and took time to discuss all of our questions. She was friendly and kind. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator the first day, but Liz called maintenance and it was a quick and easy fix. The local restaurants were great and the location was perfect, along with the two pools on the property. Our family always felt safe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In closing, we had plenty of space to spread out and a second refrigerator was a nice touch, as well as the modern washer and dryer. Thanks for everything, Liz!

The property manager was great—very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the condo and experience didn’t match the photos or price. The icemaker didn’t work (they did bring bagged ice). You have to pay extra for electricity, and you’ll definitely need the A/C because it’s very hot with no breeze.No one asked if we had a car, and when we parked near our unit (a tree blocked the assigned space), our car was booted. Security had an attitude when fixing it. The pool is in rough shape, and the photos appear filtered. A bright security light shines into all beachfront rooms, and one night a nearby club blasted vulgar music past 10 p.m.Security is armed and always around, which can feel uncomfortable. We were even advised by another property manager to move to a resort which we did for the last 3 nights although we did not receive a refund as requested. For the same rate, we stayed at the Westin with far better amenities and value. This property is overpriced for its condition and location.Looks great online, but the reality doesn’t match the photos or the price.

Indescribably Awesome!

This accommodation was all we hoped for and more! Not only so, the location of the property was perfect for us, with several restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, and everything else we could want to have. It also allowed us to experience the culture, which was awesome. The pools at the property are gorgeous and relaxing. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the bar/ grill right there on the beach made for a truly relaxing experience. Everybody there was helpful and friendly. Area is safe and we never felt anything other than totally at peace. We are already making plans to go back.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway in Punta Cana

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo in Punta Cana, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ocean.The condo itself is a dream. It's beautifully designed, incredibly clean, spacious, and modern, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.A special shout-out to Liz, the property manager, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. She arranged our transportation to and from the airport seamlessly, making our arrival and departure stress-free.The property is conveniently located just a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and a small grocery store, making it easy to explore the local area and pick up any essentials.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Punta Cana. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every minute of it! The best part about this property was being just a few steps away from the beach. Our condo couldn’t have been any closer unless it was physically in the sand. Everything was perfect! The modern upgrades and the zen area on the rooftop made it truly feel like we were on a luxury vacation. The beach bar/restraunt had great food & drinks. They even came to our lounge chairs and took our order! The security at the front gate and on the beach itself gave us peace of mind being in an unfamiliar place. Liz was absolutely phenomenal. From her attention to detail, to all of her suggestions, and being just a text away, she made this property worth while. If we wouldn’t have had her help and guidance, we would’ve had a lot more difficulty on this trip. Even some of the people who live there and vacation there quite often, had nothing but high praises to say about Liz! Overall, my entire family rated this vacation a 10/10. We will 100% be back sometime on a future vacation!

Great views but also a few concerns

Beautiful views from the condo - gorgeous sunrises. Clean, peaceful pools. Great beach bar. Condo felt safe. Property manager (Liz) was terrific- cheerful & quick to respond. Remodeled kitchen & bathrooms. Main BR AC didn’t work. First tech said AC worked but 2 more hots nights led us to reach out again. Different tech (we left beach to meet the techs in condo each time) confirmed compressor needed to be replaced. For 5 days, we kept shades drawn to keep roomer cooler & kept blower on all night to have air flow, resulting in higher $$ electricity usage. To be fair, we like it cool so probably use more than average, but our usage was REALLY high -$260. Liz asked owners about discounting electricity given AC issues. Owners initially discounted 1 day. We asked for 50% & they then agreed to 2 days. Disappointing response given the impact it had. The grill was very dirty and the large chair on terrace was stained and smelled. The ½ BR needs maintenance. Silverware did not appear clean. One bedroom had stained sheets, a cigar underneath the bed, and clothing in the closet. The beach has some sargassum, but beaches were cleared 2x a day. Water was a bit cloudy. Loud partying and a 4am rooster impacted sleep -part of the DR experience! However, had beautiful day trip to Sanoa island. Great dinner at Onno’s. I think we were this unit’s first rental – condo really has potential & with some TLC, would be great rental. Liz manages numerous properties- we would rent from her again.
