The Space:
Introducing Chelsea Canvas III, a stunning floor-through 2-bedroom residence with an office space, situated in a private townhouse. Nestled at the crossroads of West Village, Chelsea, and Meatpacking, this prime location offers an unbeatable lifestyle! Step into your own personal oasis with captivating north and south exposures that flood the space with natural light. Prepare to be amazed as you enter the expansive living area featuring 9' tall ceilings, offering an abundance of space for relaxation and entertainment. Designed for the modern professional, the generously sized office can seamlessly open up to the gallery/living space with bi-fold doors, providing a harmonious balance between productivity and privacy. Both bedrooms showcase delightful views of the immense back garden and the serene tree-lined surroundings. The master king bedroom is a haven of storage with an incredible amount of closet space, while the secondary full bedroom is equally charming, making it ideal for roommates or a growing family.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.
The Neighborhood:
The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets and theaters.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
