Brent's Home in Camella is located in Puerto Princesa City. It is a safe, secure, and gated place. It has 2 floors, a carport, and a terrace for sunsets. It's 13 min from the airport, 11 min from SM; 6 min from the city center. It features a full kitchen and includes WIFI, Netflix, and 3 A/C. Designated taxi is available, guest will pay.
The space
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, loveseat, TV, cabinet, and access to the terrace. The other room has a bunk bed and cabinet. Both rooms have RGB lights with Bluetooth. There is another bathroom on the second floor. A carport is available for guest's parking.
Guest access
The guest has full access to the house. They will be checking in thru Smart Lock. It is easy to use. I will be sending them instructions on how to use it. There is no need to worry about losing or misplacing the key as the guests will be using a code to enter the house.
Other things to note
Brent's home can accommodate 6 guests. There will be an additional charge of 400 pesos for each person after 4 guests.
There is a security camera installed in the front patio and outside the laundry room.

Neighbors are homeowners of Camella Homes. It is a quiet, safe community. No trespassers and more security for the guests. Many of the houses in Camella look the same. Look for Sunflower St. and you can recognize the house by using the listing photo. Camella Homes offers amenities that our guests can enjoy such as clubhouse for rent, swimming pool (charge of 75 pesos per head), children's playground, basketball court (not available at 7pm-9pm for homeowner's use only) and jogging and biking paths. Public transport is available, such as tricycle, multi-cab, taxi, and private shuttle van.
