Sea Shores Bungalow - beach access

This special beach house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. LOCATION, LOCATION! Gulf side! Ground Floor! Walk out to the beach and sink your toes in the sand. This Bungalow offers beach access just a few steps from your front door! Everything about this space is relaxing and convenient. Walk to restaurants/coffee shops and more!

The space
Sea Shores Bungalow offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room has a pull-out Full-size sleeper. This unit can accommodate up to 3-4 guests; however please keep in mind that this accommodation is with 2 people on a sleeper sofa. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2 parking spaces available for guests' use. Sea Shores is equipped with basic kitchen essentials and basic toiletries to get you started for your stay.

We do have beach chairs and umbrellas; as well as beach towels available for our guests to use. Please note guests are responsible to bring these items back to the cottage from the beach area. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.

Our rentals come with 3 beach chairs, towels, and misc. beach items for complimentary use while staying with us. We Do Not have a Washer and dryer on site.

Guest access
Lockbox with keys inside. A lockbox code will be provided on the day of check-in. If bringing a vehicle please be sure to park in the space in the front of the Home or on the side of the Home, marked "cottage 6”.

Please note: This is your allowed space. Please do not park in any of the other spaces as they are assigned to other guests and renters.

Other things to note
Pets Allowed; you will be charged a $500 Fine for unauthorized pets on the property.

No Smoking Allowed inside the home; and/or inside the screen-in porch area.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of guests.

Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property. Please do not tamper with it. There will be a $500 Fine for guest(s) that tamper with the security camera.
