Please note the home is in the mountains in a remote area, so shops, groceries, etc will be a bit far away. We recommend doing all your shopping before arrival.

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly

A few days prior to check-in we will send you a link that contains our guidebook. Therein, you will find all relevant information relating to your arrival and your stay, our house rules, top attractions in the area, our favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed ring cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front garage and front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our outdoor cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month.

Smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $150.

One other thing: There are often wild animals that roam the area. If lucky, you might be visited by one of them during your stay. Please remain alert and don't panic if this happens. Keep an eye on little ones and pets at all times, and do not leave food outside.

For families with pets, please note we charge a $150 pet fee to help compensate our cleaner after pet visits. Thanks for understanding.
