• Maximum of two (2) dogs allowed

• If bringing one dog, the weight limit is 80 lbs

• If bringing two dogs, the weight limit is 40 lbs per dog

• Dogs must be kenneled if left unattended (one small crate provided)

• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Dogs should be brushed and treated for fleas prior to arrival

• Property damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges

• A non-refundable pet fee of $60 per dog, per stay applies

• Cell service in Hochatown may vary depending on your carrier, though complimentary WiFi is provided.

• Celebrating a special occasion? Ask about available add-on services including firewood delivery, flower arrangements, cakes, and other special touches that may be available during your stay.

• Kiamichi Cabins accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. While VRBO may allow guests to submit a reservation using American Express, Kiamichi Cabins cannot process American Express payments. If an American Express card is used, our office will contact you to obtain an alternate form of payment in order to complete the reservation
Basic House Rules

Check in time is 4PM or later.
Check out time is 11AM.
An additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
All cabins are Non-smoking.
RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply.
ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property.
The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property.
Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose.
