Bay Breeze! Corner 3BR/2BA condo with amazing views! Sunset Island's finest!
Come stay with us at “Bay Breeze!” Located in the 37-acre private, gated community of Sunset Island on 67th Street, 39 Fountain Drive West is one of only four condo buildings in the community that are directly on the water. We are a 4TH FLOOR END-UNIT with unobstructed, magnificent views of the bay out of every window, and even a view of the ocean off the balcony! New since Summer 2023, this beautiful 1,500 square-foot 3BR/2BA condo is fully equipped with an abundance of amenities to help you and your family create the perfect vacation!
Bay Breeze has been updated with new hardware, nearly all new furniture, new area rugs, new Smart televisions, new window treatments, new kitchen supplies and nearly all new décor. The fireplace is available for use in the off-season from October – March.
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals at home, with the 64th Street Food Market right around the corner.
For times when you prefer to forego cooking and venture out, the 67th Street shopping center has Longboard Café, Sweet Frog, Mione’s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts and many more restaurants within walking distance. Check out our Welcome Book upon arrival for more details on all that our area has to offer!
Our comfortable, private balcony is perfect for relaxing, morning coffee, taking in views of the bay, enjoying cocktails at night…and even working (if you must!) with outdoor outlets and the ability to take advantage of the outdoor beauty while on call!
PLEASE NOTE: In the off-season (after Labor Day through Memorial Day), the condo balcony may be unavailable due to maintenance work. Please check with your host for more information.
For guest convenience, Bay Breeze will provide you with starter paper towels (1 roll/stay); toilet paper (1 roll/BA per stay); dishwasher detergent (6 pods); laundry detergent (6 pods); 1 can of starter sunscreen; provided hand soap and lotion in each bathroom; provided shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in each shower; Dunkin Donuts coffee; 6 starter Nespresso pods; 6 complimentary water bottles in the beverage fridge; and all necessary cleaning supplies to help make your stay more efficient and relaxing from the moment you walk in the door!
PLEASE NOTE: these items are starter items only; host will not replenish items mid-stay so please either bring additional or purchase additional if needed for your family.
** LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED (including all bed linens, personal towels, beach towels and kitchen towels). Please either bring your own or coordinate through a linen rental agency. The condo does provide bed quilts on protected mattresses with protected pillows (please make sure to bring/rent pillowcases).
GUEST ACCESS
Bay Breeze is equipped with a keyless entry system. On the day of arrival, the host will provide you with your individualized door code. Luggage carts and an elevator are available in the building garage for convenience. Upon arrival, provide the guardhouse with your name and address of your rental unit for verification and then head to the community clubhouse between the hours of 8AM – 4:30PM to pick up your rental package. If you arrive after 4:30PM, the guardhouse will issue you an overnight parking pass that will expire the next morning. You will need to pick up your rental package from the community clubhouse before your pass expires or risk a fine/towing.
The rental package registration fee is included with each weekly rental (shorter stays will be able to purchase their own package at the main office). The rental package will provide: • Six (6) community passes for ages 4 and up. Up to two (2) additional passes may be purchased at the clubhouse for $70/pp per week in the high season. • Two (2) parking passes (one garage space; one general clamshell street space).
Please make sure to review our Welcome Book for community parking rules. Subject to availability, one (1) additional parking pass may be purchased for $70 per week.

THINGS TO KNOW • NO pets. This is enforced by the community per Sunset Island condo rental rules and severe host allergies. Violations of this rule will result in immediate rental termination and loss of all fees paid. • NO smoking/vaping on the property, including on the balcony. • NO parties or events in consideration of the community and our neighbors. • NO group rentals, including those under the age of 25, high school groups, and bachelor(ette) groups. Family rentals ONLY, with the primary renter at least 25 YO and present for the duration of the stay. ID is required to check-in. • Taxes: Maryland sales tax of 6% and Worcester County room tax of 5% is billed upon reservation.
WHAT’S NEARBY (Ocean City, MD, United States) Ocean City, MD is a family resort town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. From the inlet boardwalk and Downtown attractions (go-karts, minigolf, Jolly Roger amusement and waterpark) to the mid- and Northtown shopping, restaurants & bars, there are endless culinary and entertainment options for all ages! Ocean City is home to 10 miles of beautiful beach that is perfect for sandcastle-building and ocean waves that are ideal for boogie boarding. Lifeguards are on duty from 9AM to 5PM during the summer months. Neighboring beaches include Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth. Golf enthusiasts can hit the green at the world-class Ocean Resorts Golf Club!
GETTING AROUND
Leave your car parked and take a stroll to some of the many shops, restaurants, and attractions located up and down Coastal Highway, including Longboard Café on 67th for lunch or dinner, (located near the entrance to Sunset Island). Ride on Ocean City’s municipal buses that travel along Coastal Highway. The bus stop on bayside is located between 65th and 66th Street (a short walk). Many shopping and restaurant locations offer free parking.
