This 37 acre private bayside community offers all the amenities for a memorable summer for families, couples and individuals alike! Indoor/outdoor pool, private community beaches, tiki bar and bayside restaurant, general store (ice cream/lunch/breakfast, household essentials, coffee/wine etc.) walking/biking path and a family friendly community vibe! Spend your days on the island, take a walk to the beach (<10 mins), or explore the many nearby restaurants and entertainment spots.

Ground Level Storage Unit stocked with beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys.

6 passes come with unit for pool and fitness center access, 2 additional passes can be purchased for the length of the stay $70 per pass at check in. Ages 3+ require passes.

You will enjoy cooking breakfast in the open well-equipped kitchen, restful nights sleep in the clean comfy beds and expansive sunrise views from your quiet balcony.

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful condo with all the amenities a family of 5 could need. Views of the bay are beautiful, and just a short walk from the ocean. Nice, family oriented community with plenty to do for everyone. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great location, clean property with good owner communication

This condo was perfect for my family. Me my daughters and 4 grandchildren, close private beach, walked the perimeter of island with children daily and saw the wildlife, crabs, turtle, ducks and geese. Pool was great! Everything in condo we needed for great stay only issue was construction on building limited some things for us but not owners fault, building upkeep. And splash pad not working but to be fixed beginning of July! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent family friendly rental

This property was exactly as advertised and the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The use of the storage room down in the garage for beach equipment is a fake changer for a family with lots of beach toys and accessories. Plus the provided items (crib, bumbo, beach chairs and umbrella) made this a much easier trip for our whole family. And all of the provided items were in great shape. The unit also had some toys, games and books for kids. Overall a great rental that we’d be thrilled to stay in again. Kudos to the owners for offering a great family-friendly unit.

Great Vacation!

Our stay was great! The views from both balconies were amazing. You can see the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. The condo was clean and communication with Erika was excellent. We love the community and enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer.

Our stay at Sunset island could not have been any better. The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located right next to a beach on the bay, with views of the water from the balcony.

Excellent Condo!

Excellent property in a wonderful community. This was our first time staying on Sunset Island and it was a great experience. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and was a great setup for our children. Extremely close to one of the beaches on Sunset Island and only a short walk to the pool or the main OC beach. Balcony was perfect for outdoor dinners. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. We would definently stay in this condo again!

Great condo!

Stayed here for mid week spring break getaway. Community is wonderful. We were able to enjoy pool and walk to beach. Place is as described and hosts were responsive and accommodating! I’d recommend this place for a Summer stay. Balcony views are better then described. There is a small private bay beach cove directly in front of building. It was perfect for a picnic - It feels like you are in a very different part of OC!
