Not what expected
The host was nice and easy to communicate with although the place was not close to what we expected. Shower was extremely small and shower head faces the curtain and was spraying out the curtain. Bathroom door is rotted on the bottom and does not close all the way due to that. Bed in the room where the fridge is falls down why you sleep due to poor wood underneath. Dirty wash clothes found under couch and dresser in other room. Ants, and other bugs all over the place. Throw pillows smelt like old feet on one side and lysol on the other. Rugs in room were dirty and not moved to clean under or vacuumed. Bring your own water for the "water" from the fridge as stated is just a half filled pitcher.

It’s very sad that hosts spend thousands of dollars to create a welcoming space to accommodate guests, yet some guests are hard to please! This guest is completely not truthful about most of this. (1) The shower head is adjustable so it can point to spray any direction you adjust it. (2) the bathroom door is not rotten, it rubs, but it absolutely closes. (3) The bed only falls down if a previous guest was rough in the bed, but we as a host have no way of knowing that. (4) our cleaner is responsible for something left under the couch but if a guest shoves something under the couch, it’s very hard for the host to know that. It’s not like the host or cleaner put it there, a previous guest clearly left their clothes there. (5) the pitcher has a filter so the filter part takes up half the volume of the pitcher.
I asked this guest how things were going after their first night and they didn’t say a word, crickets. If they had such a bad time, I’m not sure why instead of just telling us, they continued to stay. We would have remedied any and all of their issues.
This review is very damaging. We will try to fix everything they speak of but we are super hosts on another site and get nothing but mostly 5 star reviews.
Do not listen to this review. Some guests are almost impossible to please. This is very sad and very much hurts our business!
