We stayed here for a 5-day trip to visit Concord, Salem, and of course Boston. Its central location gave easy access to each of those areas.It had all of amenities we needed, well kept, and quite comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Greg is very responsive, answered all my questions & even gave us restaurant recommendations. We came for a conference in Lowell, this location was smack middle to Boston & Lowell - perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful, the home is spacious.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The house was exceptionally well kept, with thoughtful touches throughout. There were ample pillows and blankets, making the stay very comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well organized, which we really appreciated. The Christmas decorations were lovely and perfectly suited for the holiday season—they added such a warm, festive charm to our stay.We also enjoyed the interesting collection of books and the board games, which made for cozy evenings in. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The apt.was very clean.The parking was off the street and there was a circle driveway so we did not have back out into the street.The kitchen was well stocked. We were in town for the Head of the Charles Regatta. It took us only 30 min. to get to the event. We would stay here again. The area was very safe and quiet.

Perfect little getaway

Greg’s place was AMAZING! In such a convenient location that we could easily get to Boston but weren’t surrounded by the noise and traffic. Super easy to communicate with and the house is very cozy and inviting.

Great host! I wish we knew guest were also hosting on the top floor. They stomped up and down for hours. If that was communicated that this was a two family with rental in the top floor I may have picked another location.

Petrina was a good guest to have stay with us however her comment below needs some clarification. The home is not a two family, it is a single family home with an in law apartment below. As the listing states, I live on the second floor. On this particular weekend there was no one (including myself) staying on the upper floor for all of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday i got back late in the evening and was gone Sunday morning at 6am. I don't know what noise she was referring to but i would ask that if you are reading this review to look at all the ones before this is well as that tells a more accurate description of what to expect.

Boston Family Visit

This is an outstanding property with a fantastic host. It was perfect for our stay to visit family in the area. The outside patio chairs and table were the perfect place to eat dinner with our family in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the Boston area. The location is convenient by car to the Alewife T station (red line).

Very comfortable home in good location

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January for a family wedding. This was our second stay at this home. The apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities needed to be very comfortable. It is also centrally located. We really enjoyed our visit and would choose to stay here again when we visit Massachusetts.

Wonderful experience

We stayed for a month and everything went great. The apartment is clean, very comfy and very well furnished. The couch and bed are comfy, the kitchen is very well appointed and the bathroom is well stocked (they even provide QTips!). Location <1 mile off Commonwealth Ave, so walking distance to Dunkin and several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again
