Nice Campton chalet

The Chalet had a beautiful view of the mountains and is a stone throw away from Owls Nest Resort for great golf and food. A pleasant weekend getaway! Saurav is a gracious host and communicated well! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Views and Comfortable Stay

We had a great time at the chalet as a party of 8 (4 moms and 4 kids). The house has plenty of room to socialize and bedrooms were comfortable for us all. The views from the house are spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the location is in close proximity to various family outings. We also appreciated the flexibility and communication of the owner. Highly recommend it to any friend groups or families looking for an elegant home on the mountains with comfortable amenities and convenient location.

Beautiful

Beautiful home everything was as posted on app only thing we were upset we didn’t get to use fire pit due to it being wet inside so it wouldn’t turn on and the entrances should be cleared of ice and salt before check in my family and I almost fell on ice but overall house was comfortable and clean and the view is amazing I will definitely be coming back and we really appreciate the extra stuff they had available in the kitchen as well very helpful and useful

Not clean or hygienic

My family was attending a wedding in the area and we thought a house big enough for all of us was the ideal way to spend time together. Within 20 minutes of checking in, my daughter and her family were leaving to check into a hotel. Dirty floors, long hairs on towels and linens, mouse droppings on some sills--my daughter had seen enough. I had purchased a lot of food that I didn't want to go bad so I stayed. My wife and I spent several hours cleaning floors, laundering towels and linens and remaking beds. The place has lots of potential--with great views and ample accommodations--but many details need to be improved. Poor mattress quality on several of the beds; poor quality or missing toiletries; no trash bags etc. I could go on. I hope the owner takes the time and effort to improve on the important details that make a family stay enjoyable and memorable.

Beautiful house, amazing views!!!

The house is much nicer than the pictures show it to be. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The view from the deck is breathtaking and honestly I could sit out there all day and take it in. Okay, now that said, things I didn’t like are- there is a security camera located on the private deck. The deck has no access to the ground so the only way to access the deck is thru the house and the deck is very high off the ground is is all good but while we were staying there we noticed the camera was recording. It’s part of the living space and my wife could have easily been sunbathing nude. I feel the camera should be shut off and not recording when the house is being occupied by a renter. So be aware of the camera on the very private deck in back. Also there was a loud beeping sound in the master bedroom at all hours. Other than those two things, the place is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Why they chose this property

The property is situated within Waterville estates and is easy to access from I-93. Once you are at the estates, the property is up hill almost to the top of the Campton Mountain.

What makes this property unique

The views from the property are amazing and its right next to the local ski hill with ski lift! It cannot get any better than that.
