Sólo el paraíso! ¡Diversión para toda la familia! El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta principal con 2 amplios dormitorios arriba y 2 abajo, ambos con amplios baños. Beautiful home with fantastc views. Clean, quiet, comfortable! Noreen was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. My only suggestion for guests is to bring papergoods.

Wonderful week

All good things to say about this rental. The location is beautiful, right off the main road on a little side street with only 4-5 also very nice houses. This house sits pretty much on top of the river. When you walk into the house and look out the large windows it looks like the river is running through the house. It is beautiful. Open the back doors and hear the sound of the running water every morning while you enjoy your coffee. The fenced in yard was great for our small dog. The second fridge in the garage PLUS the standalone ice maker ended up being unexpectedly amazing. (no more having to bring up a bunch of coolers and make runs to the store for ice). We spent lots of family time on the ping pong table. Bedrooms are all large and spacious. And 4 bathrooms are great. There was plenty of parking. We were able to fit about 6 cars in the driveway with no issues. The layout is also great. The kitchen, dining area, sitting area and living room are all in the same open central location so the family can all interact and be together. But also, the living room with the TV has doors that can close off, allowing for quite separation to either watch a movie or let the kids or older family have some disconnect.The river is amazing and we loved every minute of it every day. rock hopping and tubing. But do note, as other reviewers have, that getting into the river is a small climb. Its about a 6 foot drop down so kids and older family may have difficulty.

Amazing house

Loved the house and location. Everything u needed was right there. Being right on the Pemi river made it amazing, the kids all loved it and enjoyed playing in the river. The house was very clean and check in was really organized making it very easy. Thought the house was beautiful and definitely plan on going again next year. Thank you so much. The Schumann's

This property & its location was the perfect place for our multi-generational gathering of friends & family. The host, Noreen, was very quick to respond to any questions before & during our stay. She was also very accommodating regarding check-in & check-out options. The sound of the river just outside the sliding doors on the main level is mesmerizing & calming for the soul! The two fenced in areas made play time for the kids safe & worry-free. Getting into the river from the property is not for the faint of heart, but fairly easily accomplished by the 30-somethings supervising the 4- & 6-year old, along with the 70 adventurers! The home is well supplied & anything that you need beyond what is provided is less than 2 miles away in Lincoln center. Delightful to feel like you are in the middle of NH's beautiful White Mountains, but only minutes away from supplies, restaurants, & family-focused entertainment of all types. Regarding the property, the layout provides plenty of space for all perks include washer/dryer, Weber grill, great set of blocks for building castles, AC where needed, river views from all 5 bedrooms, chiminea for s'mores, & second refrigerator in the garage!Suggestions: bring your own paper goods (tp, napkins, paper towels), 1 baby gate is available but there are 2 stairways (1 up & 1 down), so bring a second if you have toddlers. Coffee maker & Keurig onsite, no teapot, so tea drinkers & coffee connoisseurs bring your electric water boiler.

Spectacular view in Lincoln

This house was great for our family get together! When the younger ones went to bed, we could play board games in the second living room and not worry about noise. The open kitchen and dining area was perfect for socializing while we cooked. The river is right out back for the adults and older kids, and Otter Rocks or Woodstock is very close if you have toddlers that want to play in the river and can’t manage the short climb down. The deck was wonderful to relax. Our host was sympathetic and very responsive to an issue beyond her control.

Incredible!

This house and location was incredible. We didnt have our whole family as planned, but my kids and i had a fabulous time hiking and exploring. Noreen was very responsive when contacted. Overall amazing and relaxing location.

60th birthday trip

8 of my best friends/sisters joined me for 3 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The location is fantastic and the house amazing. It is very comfortable and inviting, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The fireplace in the great room made the room so warm and welcoming. Anyone who stays here will love the place!

Five Stars and More!

Amazing home! Great location, lots of space and great for bigger groups! We especially loved the fireplace, heated floors, ice machine, pebble shower, heated fan, ping pong table, and serene atmosphere. We fantasized coming back in the summer and floating in the river and enjoying coffee on the deck. Highly recommend!

Family wedding

We attended a wedding at Loon Mountain Resort. This house was very close and provided a wonderful place for our family to all stay together. The fantastic location right next to the river and the gorgeous views make this such a special place to stay.

The river was great just looking at it was relaxing, the teens had fun playing on the rocks, a lot to do in the white mountains. Noreen was very quick to answer any questions that we had.

Spectacular River View/access

This property is well maintained and clean. It has ample seating and large bedrooms. Garage space was great to store bikes and tubes in between use. Sectionals were cozy and allowed for gatherings. We loved looking at and listening to the river from both the inside and outside of the property. Location was very private.

Awesome Spot.

This is our Families annual ski weekend at Loon. We love the location right off 93. We were very excited and happy with that incredible view of the river. It was sunny, warm in the sun, and something out of the “Calm” app. The sounds of the river was magic. The family room with the fireplace was so relaxing at night for everyone to chill in. Plenty of room to spread everyone out. The communication with the owner was effortless and immediate. Appreciate them. The sking was awesome and just dropping everyone off instead of having to park was so convenient.

Completely renovated 5br home with unbelievable views! Just relax on the huge back deck with a glass of wine or go hike the white mountains. The trails are close by or you can venture further up New Hampshire with this easy location. Close to Boston but feel like you are far away! You can venture out to the Kangamangus trails or just sit in your private back yard and enjoy the sound of the flowing river!
