Outside furniture can really gather pollen quickly., especially in remote areas in the outdoors in Georgia. I’m glad you were able to enjoy the screened in porch with a little dust off. Glad you enjoyed our home as we live being able to help other families make great memories at the lake.

Sometimes you know you just don’t match someone’s vibe; this is clearly one of those times. Before checking in there were lots of questions, which I was happy to answer. Yes, I will let you in a day early and adjust your stay. yes, I’ll let you check in early in on arrival. I’ll even waive the fee if the house isn’t ready so you can put your bags down and get to the lake. Yes, you can bring your small dog. Yes, we get mail & packages delivered to our house. No, I’m sorry, we don’t know what the rules are for fishing off our dock. We don’t fish, but I can get you the number. No, I’ve never rented a boat but I have several places you can contact and rent directly. Sorry if the back bedroom tv didn’t work for you. Literally no one has ever used it as we have large screen tv’s, Wi-Fi, and cable in the living room, downstairs and the master. Along with a lake, dock, kayak and swim pad. We do not offer TV in every bedroom as an amenity. And no, I have never slept in the back bedroom. I only sleep in my bedroom. There was never any splinter reported to us or the property manager, much less an ER visit. The property manager also does regular maintenance like replacing boards as they get worn. Neither she nor I know of any complaints of dirty floors or otherwise. In fact, our manager emails us photos of the whole house after she cleans. Apologies if your stay wasn’t 5-star. We can’t fix what we don’t know & hope you were still able to enjoy the lake, dock and views.
