Absolute perfect for our first visit to OCC. Location could not have been better and we were able to walk to absolutely everything. Our hosts had wonderful recommendations and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is excellent—very close to many major attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
The location is great. We were close to many attractions in the area and also walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Our suite was very comfortable and cozy. We loved the private balcony and all the special amenities. The owners were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
The location, on the edge of the business district, was perfect since it was walkable to the shops and restaurants but on a quieter block with easy parking. Our suite was gorgeous and cozy. The private balcony was a lovely space to hang out on. There were so many touches that the hosts put into the property that showed consideration to making their guests comfortable; snacks in the kitchenette, bottled water, a first-aid kit, shampoo, sunscreen. We were very happy with our stay and would choose this place again.
This place has up to date accommodation and amenities to make our stay comfortable. Great hosts who made us feel welcomed, as if we were friends for many years. I learned from the hosts a skill that I have been wanting to learn for a long time, which is tie dye. I made a hoodie with vibrant colors. Although our stay was short, we plan to go back and stay at this same place just because we had such a wonderful time. Both accommodations and hosts are topnotch, I would recommend this place to all people I care about to have a safe and wonderful time in Colorado Springs.

About the host
Hosted by Holly
My husband Matty and I have been in Colorado for 13 years. Before we found our way to the mountains, we lived in Youngstown, New York, about 30 minutes north of Buffalo near the shores of Lake Ontario. I am a school counselor and enjoy helping students find their passion and pathway after high school. We love to travel, especially for live music. We love outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and just exploring in general. We LOVE cooking and all things related to food and beverages!
Matty and I own a tie dye business called "Captain Drips" and we are opening a tie dye studio where people can come to make their own tie dye. This was the main purpose for moving to this specific house since there is a studio in the back of the property!
We love to help our guests plan the best trip to Colorado Springs by offering lots of recommendations based on guests' likes, whether it be exploring the outdoors or finding the best restaurants and breweries! Our primary goal is the comfort and enjoyment of anyone who chooses to stay with us!
Why they chose this property
Westside is the best side! We were made for this part of town! Old Colorado City has an eclectic and cool, yet historical feel. We have a tie dye business named "Captain Drips." We are opening a tie dye studio on the property where guests and lovers of tie dye can come to make their own tie dye!
What makes this property unique
Our property is a beautiful Victorian home that was built in 1895. A few years back there was a fire, and the entire home was remodeled to look and function like a Bed and Breakfast. We aren't operating as a true Bed and Breakfast yet but hope to in the future! For now, we keep the lobby fridge stocked with breakfast snacks and waters until we can make the transition to full time Tie Dye Studio/Bed and Breakfast!
