Living & Relaxation: Unwind in the bright living area featuring comfortable seating, stylish décor, and plenty of natural light. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening in or streaming your favorite shows, this space offers a cozy place to recharge after a day of exploring the Springs.
Kitchen & Dining: The clean, updated kitchen includes modern appliances, generous counter space, and a dining nook perfect for morning coffee or home-cooked meals. Designed for functionality and ease, it’s great for guests who enjoy cooking while traveling.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to enjoy the private outdoor areas, featuring a spacious deck with seating—perfect for fresh air and casual gatherings. Fire up the outdoor grill for easy meals, relax with coffee in the morning, or unwind in the evening around the fire pit for a cozy end to the day.

The entire apartment is private to you and your guests! This is the upstairs unit in the town home building. 4-5 steps up to the wooden patio to the door. No steps inside of the property.
The unit downstairs is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful.
The Neighborhood:
Known as the "Old Broadmoor," this area of Southwest Colorado Springs features old, established homes built before the world-renowned 5-star hotel, better known by the "Broadmoor" name. The hotel itself is located just up the road from this property, along with great access to the mountains, parks, hiking trails, the zoo, as well as some of the best dining and craft-spirits the city offers. Located just a few blocks away from the renovated Ivywild School, which includes a Colorado craft whisky distillery, brewery, cafe and event venue in its walls, guests will have a multitude of entertainment choices at their disposal. Some other, exceptional and notable restaurants and bars nearby include the Blue Star, Prime 25, Edelweiss, the Burrowing Owl and the Sushi Ring. This unit is also located just across the street from a Safeway grocery store, as well as some additional modern shopping staples including Sears, Gordman`s, Bed Bath & Beyond and the Home Depot.
Getting Around:
Although there are specific bus routes to help take you around, we recommend that you have a car during your stay in Colorado Springs. If you would like to know bus times in your region, let our guest communications team know!
Other Things to Note:
ATTENTION:
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
- Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
- There is central AC throughout the home

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.
- Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm)
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity.
