Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Location was excellent - walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and easy to access many things in the greater area. The property was as pictured - clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed to cook for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool - it was heated and there was a whirlpool.There was some noise later in the evenings (midnight or so) as many restaurants finished up for the night.

Great Condo and Amazing Location

Beautiful place

I stayed there around 2 weeks during Christmas, beautiful place, clean, complete kitchen, and even Christmas tree!!! Located next to El paseo, you can go shopping, eat, enjoy the area without need the car. I recommend it to friends who are visiting Palm Desert.

Great location. Very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Comfortable bed. Easy to walk to golf or shop or grocery or restaurants. A little noise from grounds keepers and party-people after the pubs close. Bathrooms are well-planned out. Very functional floor plan. TV’s need upgrade but we were not here for them.

Great Week In Palm Desert

Had a great week at this wonderful condo that is recently redone on the inside, is in a great location (a block from the shops and restaurants on El Paseo), and has everything you could ever want for a carefree stay in the desert. The owners were gracious, we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, and can not say enough good things about the property. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. We will stay hear again on our next trip back.

Wonderful location. 1/2 block from El Paseo!

Great condo just off of El Paseo. Only issue was that the key was hard to operate until you learned the trick. Could have spelled out in the instructions, to continue turning in the unlock direction to disengage the catch and open the front door. Ceiling fans upstairs were a little off kilter and made clicking noises due to being off balance (easily fixed by professional with little weights in the blades). Other than these little issues was a great place!

Great place

We really enjoyed this rental. Very convenient to El Paseo street. Could walk to many bars and restaurants. Nice layout with a lot of windows. Well stocked kitchen. We had n issue with the internet the first day and they had someone to fix it within hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Sandroc Condominiums #1, We highly recommend this beautiful condo; it is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. You can’t beat the location, just a few steps to shopping and fine restaurants. The complex has its own pool and hot tub to enjoy after a morning of shopping on El Paseo. Truly only steps to El Paseo

We stayed in this townhome for a month and really enjoyed our time. The property managers were on top of things; the unit was immaculate when we checked in, and the weekly cleaning crew did a great job. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans for us to cook our favorite dishes. The location is truly tremendous. Nothing was more than 5 minutes away and I didn't have to refill my first tank of gas for 26 days. We could walk everywhere: restaurants, shopping mall, trailhead, Trader Joes, etc.

Nice, but noisy

The condo was clean and cozy, but it backed up to a restaurant and it sometimes got noisy late at night when they were filling their dumpster or in the mornings when the dumpster was being emptied. My husband slept through it all, but if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise it was a nice place to unwind after a day of adventuring.

Perfect location!

So fun to be in El Paseo! Walk every where! Very nice accommodations! Stocked kitchen! Everything worked! Main floor toilet needs a little adjustment. Very noisy pipes after flushing. Just flush again if it makes noise. Upstairs master bed could use a new mattress, sinks in middle. But otherwise very comfortable condo.

Convenient location

I have rented numerous vacation properties and this unit was the cleanest I have ever seen-absolutely immaculate! The swimming pool was great and the owners are very helpful and friendly. I was concerned about potential noise as this unit is so close to El Paseo, so I took my white noise machine which is small and inexpensive and had no issue sleeping. (think only issue would be trucks arriving early to service commercial area) as did not find the evenings noisy at all. It is the only unit I have rented where the BBQ had a gauge to tell how much propane left and when I ran out there was a full tank in the storage area on the patio. The convenience of being close to so many restaurants and shops and great people watching is a bonus.

Sunny Palm Desert

Great weather, but condo was noisy from all the truck traffic from morning to night. A lot of evening activity in parking area by outsiders. The condo looks nice on pictures but is in need of updating of furniture and pots and pans. We actually went out and purchased some new pans to cook with! The cleaning crew never cleaned around baseboards or under living room furniture. The condo is in a walkable area to el paseo which was nice. I would only recommend if price was reduced. Nicole was wonderful and a great asset to the owners.

Lovely Condo in El Paseo

A very nice 2 bedroom condo steps away from El Paseo Drive, Palm Desert. We absolutely loved the location, with its proximity to great shopping and restaurants. Several different trail heads for hiking close by as well. The condo itself was nicely updated, and the kitchen well stocked with the expected dishes and cooking utensils. The pantry had a decent selection of condiments, which was most welcome on arrival. The master bed is a king size which we found to be comfortable. With dual air-conditioning units, each level was quick to reach the desired temperatures. We very much appreciated the in-suite laundry. On the negative side, the TV/cable set up is somewhat clumsy, and the wifi was intermittent at best, always seeming to know when to cut out just when you needed it most! Overall, we loved this unit and would highly recommend it to others,

Fantastic vacation

My family spent 3 days at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean and well thought out. We cooked a lot and we didn't need anything. The location was perfect. We could walk to Starbucks and shops to El Paseo everyday. The hot tub and the heated swimming pool was to die for. One thing I want to mention is it could've been better if you explained more details about the lock box on the door. It was not very strait forward to understand. I haven't heard about the lock box before and I couldn't open it so the manager should come and open it for us. You should put the password and press the black thingy on the left side to the bottom AND OPEN it downward at the same time and you will find the key INSIDE the lock box. I first thought I could open the lock itself so there was misunderstanding but everything was smooth after. Also, I think the door lock needs to be fixed. It was not a big deal but somehow it was kind of stuck sometimes and we couldn't lock it properly when we go out so we just used the outer steel door lock only. Anyway it was such a relaxing and cozy vacation we've ever had in years. We feel like de-stressed well here and recharged fully. Highly recommend!
